This is a no frills hostel. But for what it is, nice. We spent 2 nights in a family room w/ private bath and it was great. The staff was very helpful w/ all sorts of things. The location is great as well, walking distance from Sacre Coeur. And lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. On top of all that, there's a Metro station like 1 minute away, which means you can get anywhere easily

Me agradó.

The room was clean and tidy but very small, the towels were changed every day which was nice. The hotel had a winding stairway and we were on the 5 th floor we were offer a change but it was too much hassle so we stayed were we were. Unfortunately the hotel we having a problem with hot water and the weather was very hot so we had cold shower 3 of the mornings we were there. It was more of w backpackers place then two over 70’s The are around it was very nice with lots of cafes and bars to eat. Access to the highlites of Paris was very good with a number of bus routes or 2 metro lines in asywalk of the hotel.

Aside from the broken shower head and moldy bathroom shower tiles, the staff gave out a master key to a guest that checked out that morning. The guest then opened my door (this was not the room he stayed in) and walked in on me partially dressed after taking a shower. I did not feel safe knowing that master keys can be given out, and anyone could walk into my room at any time.

There is no air conditioning in the quad rooms - despite what Expedia advertised. Was given a couple of fans which was ok because the temperature had gone down when we were there - but likely wouldn’t have been otherwise, given our room was on the third floor. And be advised - no elevator.

I need help to get a close room because my mom has a cirgury in her back but the lady on the front desk she was on her phone and she said no more. The AC was making a very strong noise you can't sleep in the room with that, the bathroom has a bad odor :( they give us 3rd floor with no elevator. I just changed hotel because my mom's safety is more important and they don't want to give a refund and I didn't stayed there. But I'm still waiting for my bank to call me because it wasn't cheap a paid a lot.
