Direkt im Haus gibt es ein Lokal und gegenüber ein weiteres. Das ist zwar schön aber die haben auch nach Mitternacht geöffnet und somit ist es etwas laut, bei offenem Fenster. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht im Zimmer aber dafür Ventilatoren.

Es una súper opción está a solo 5 cuadras del metro y el bus está ahí mismo el lugar súper cómodo, sus acabados muy buenos y nos apoyaron con la entrada temprana.

Quartier multi-ethnique donc plus abordable pour Paris. Au rez-de-chaussé il y a le café des sports, l'accueil y est sympathique et les prix sont moins chers ( la bière 50 cl a 3,50€).

It is such a very good experience to stay at the place. The owner always send me information before one day I arrived. In addition, there are lots of restaurants can be choose nearby. There are supermarkets downstairs also. There are buses and metros nearby as well. I have a great place to stay here and sure will always be my first choice to choose

Over all we had a fantastic stay we loved it , the property was clean and comfortable it was in a nice and safe location also a very delicious pizza restaurant right in the bottom, it was easy to communicate with the owners when we needed something

Très bonne prestation, dommage pour le bruit!

L’emplacement était parfait pour moi. Chambre très propre. Communication excellente.. Malheureusement il y avait une fête en dessous de l’immeuble qui a duré très tard. Pour améliorer le couchage il faudrait peut être bloquer les lits à une place pour qu’ils ne bougent pas. Bonne adresse tout de même. Je retiens.

The only trouble we had was the noise level at night. Can not be helped by the property; there are bars very close and you're on a main street. Have earplugs if you need quiet to sleep. The location is great, feels local and safe, and it was clean and updated. Staff is good a communicating if you have questions. I would recommend more ways to hang things (more hooks perhaps) like towels/coats as that was limited. Overall, a very lovely stay, and would return to stay again.

Les logements sont ultra propre, une rénovation récente et entièrement équipés. Le gardien est d'une extrême gentillesse qu'il est important de souligner. 2 points négatifs: Salle de bain très sombre (pas de lumière dans la douche - pas de fenêtre donc aucune luminosité naturelle) Environnement très bruyant car situé dans une rue très passante avec des bars au pied de l'hôtel.

Séjour du 10 au 13 février

Séjour agréable au 3eme étage de l'hôtel Bellevue, le logement est bien adapté pour 4 personnes et correctement équipé. Aucun soucis pour accéder avec les codes d'accès et réponse rapide quand j'ai eu des questions. Manque juste un balai et une pelle afin de pouvoir ramasser les saletés le temps du séjour.

O hotel é limpo, o quarto possuía móveis novos e um bom chuveiro. Fica perto de supermercados, restaurantes e padarias. Além disso, fica a uns 10 min de caminhada da estação de metrô.

Wir hatten ein Appartement in der 5. Etage als Familie mit 2 Kindern. Die Zimmer sind sauber und funktional, der Ausblick über Paris war fantastisch, die Küche ist ordentlich ausgestattet, es fehlt nur ein Geschirrspüler. Die Lage ist zwar sehr verkehrsgünstig, dadurch aber auch recht laut. Ohne Ohrstöpsel hätte ich nicht schlafen können, selbst in der 5. Etage. Der Fahrstuhl hat für uns inkl. Gepäck nicht ausgereicht, so dass einer laufen mußte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist schnell und unkompliziert, im Automaten im Eingangsbereich gibt es Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine.

Good but you get what you pay for nothing more

Its a genuine area, the apartment was great and only a couple of minutes to several different metro stations. The staff answers quickly through email/whatsapp but I would recommend ensuring communication beforehand as there’s no reception. It was no AC in the rooms but a portable fan (which is difficult to have in two rooms simultaneously), you can’t have open windows due to the street below having hectic life at night (noisy and smoke). They do not clean, change towels or toilet paper unless you ask. The vending machine was broken for our full stay. Lots of trash on the streets, multicultural neighborhood and friendly shop owners.
