The room was clean,staffs were friendly and helpful,The area is easy to go around and there plainty of shops and restaurants and also only 5 minutes walks from the Gare du Nord station which is very convenient.But the rooms are not keeping the noises from the others .You could hear conversations and snoring, otherwise everything was good

The hotel is worth the price, clean room, efficient amenities. Except that I paid for a client online and Expedia didn’t charge the card, meanwhile, upon arrival, the client was asked pay for the reservation which pained me because the hotel rate differs from the online rate. Other than that, the hotel is worth the price.

Teriffic service, great location

We had an absolutley brilliant stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were in great order. Me and my pal had just cycled from london so were in need of a good night's sleep and we certainly got it after a very warm welcome. Would leave 6 stars if possible!

Staff was nice and available 24/7. The room smelled of smoking when we entered in the middle of the night! The room was clean, bathroom was spacious! We chose it for its easy and quick access from the station.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Welcoming, helpful, kind. The surrounding area had plenty of dining options. My only complaint would be the bedding did not seem clean (my comforter had visible stains and even a hole burned through it) however, fresh towels were provided everyday. I would stay here again!

The location and staff was absolutely fantastic! So friendly and helpful! Really appreciate being provided with a kettle. The interior is slightly dated so from that perspective the price point could be better but comfortable enough. My only complaint was that we were provided with one pillow each, with no spares stocked in the wardrobe. There wasnt anyone around when we went down to ask.

A very pleasant stay

The hotel is a bit run-down, but that's compensated by the great location (just next to the big train station Gare du Nord), the cheap price and the super friendly staff. All in all, high value for your money!

Excellent host and spacious room

A very convenient stay in Paris

For the location and cost, this was perfect. It doesn't pretend to be a 5 star hotel, and the staff were very good. The room was small, but for a single occupancy, it was good and there was nothing lacking. With a 3 min walk to the Gare Du Nord, ideal.

Lovely stay at Hotel Metropol

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Metropol! A perfect room for two with a nice bathroom. Great that the hotel had a lift too as we were on the sixth floor. The staff are amazing - so helpful, friendly, kind, and funny! Really close to Gare de Nord for connecting metros and trains. In walking distance to lots of shops, cafes and boulangeries! Thank you for having us.
