This hotel was Henri IV’s mansion at one time! Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are very nice and the linens and beds were great. Great restaurants are 3-12 minute very safe walk. Will definitely stay again.

This was the third time that we have stayed at this hotel. It will probably be our last. We had numerous problems with our room including the plumbing not working and flooded the bathroom. I ordered champagne to be placed in the room while we were gone to surprise my husband when we returned but no champagne was delivered...surprise ruined. We were moved into another room where our key didn't work and we had to return to the front desk each day to have our cards re-coded. Finally on the last day we had requested for a van transport because of the number of pieces of luggage and we were assured that it would be arranged. Guess what....the wrong vehicle was sent.

I don’t like to make negative remarks but didn’t see the value in the price I paid for this hotel at all, it’s very old with tiny elevator which has character but not suitable to carry more then 1 luggage at a time

Everything was very clean, the customer service was very good. We had very good sleep we didn't heard any noises during the night our room was on level 5, the hotel is close to many places so you would not get bored while you are in Paris.

The hotel was located in walkable distance from the louvre and Seine river. Hotel service was awesome. We did not dine in the hotel but we did enjoy the complementary tea time. The bar was also nice. We stayed one night and only seen part of the area but did not see many dining options around which we mentioned only if you did not want to go farther for dining.
