Elegant Historic Apartment in the Heart of Louvre-Opéra

Set within a beautiful 19th-century heritage building dating from the era of Napoleon III, the apartment retains an authentic Parisian character. High ceilings, hand-painted wall details and elegant decorative moldings create a sense of grandeur, while the thoughtfully furnished interiors provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout.

Spanning approximately 63 m² (689 ft²), the apartment features a comfortable living room, a separate dining area with seating for up to eight guests and a fully equipped kitchen. The layout combines classic Parisian elegance with practical amenities, making it a comfortable home for both short city breaks and longer stays.

The apartment offers three bedrooms in total. Two bedrooms each feature a double bed, while the third bedroom is arranged as a mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed. Please note that this mezzanine bed is approximately 1 metre (3 ft) high and does not have a window. The living room can also be converted into an additional sleeping area using a sofa bed suitable for two guests.

There are two shared bathrooms within the apartment. One features a shower and WC, while the second has a bathtub without a WC. A separate WC is also available, providing additional convenience for larger groups.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, premium 5-star bedding, fresh bed and bath linen, a washer and dryer, hair dryer, Nespresso coffee machine and a selection of kitchen appliances and cookware. Toiletries are also provided, including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. A baby cot and high chair can be arranged upon request.

The Louvre-Opéra neighborhood is one of the most convenient areas from which to explore Paris. The apartment is surrounded by a wonderful mix of historic architecture, museums, cafés, restaurants, shopping streets and cultural attractions. The Louvre, Palais Royal, Opéra Garnier and Tuileries Garden are among the many highlights that can be explored from this central location, while excellent public transport connections make it easy to discover the rest of the city.

These services are available at an additional charge and must be arranged in advance.

Before arrival, guests will receive detailed check-in instructions together with a video guide explaining how to access the property. The keys are collected from a secure key box inside the building, with the access code provided before arrival.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by approximately 40 stairs. Guests should take this into consideration when booking, particularly if travelling with young children, heavy luggage or guests with limited mobility.

Paid parking options are available nearby, including secure indoor parking and outdoor spaces. Taxis can also drop guests directly in front of the building, making arrival and departure convenient.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, parties, gatherings and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., and smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or building. Only registered guests who have provided the required identification may access the property. Guests are also expected to respect the apartment and return it in the same condition in which it was found.
