It was our first trip to Paris, and the hotel management was incredibly helpful. They assisted us with local bus timings, provided information about the area, shops, and everything we needed. The hotel was impeccably clean and tidy, and the elevator was very efficient. Parking facilities were excellent, and our apartment was spotless. The view from the window, especially in the morning, was delightful. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

Cheap and not so cheerful
One started roll of toilet paper was all that was provided. Lumpiest pillow I have ever seen. Secure car park gates were left open on many occasions during my stay. Cheap and convenient for where I needed to be.

Habia una persona agresiva alojada en el aparta hotel, este incluso llegor a tirar objetos por la ventana, un cuchilllo, un cenicero, basura, incluso llego a tirar 2 bolsas de hielo y mi pareja y yo pasavamos por ahi justo cuando lo tiro, por suerte no nos dio a ninguno de los 2. Nadie le dijo o hizo nada para solucionar ese problema, y el recepcionista solo sabía hablar Frances. Además la limpieza de la habitación era bastante lamentable, la zona no es la mejor tampoco. No volvería a repetir ni gratis.

The price of the hotel and the proximity from Disney was reasonable. The hotel was 20-25 mins away from Disneyland Paris. The hotel attendant was super helpful and friendly however I did not expect to pay for parking or city tax. Additionally, you will be charged for a 30 Euro fee if the room is not properly cleaned or the trash is not taken out. The hotel’s property outside and inside was not clean. I was disappointed to find that this hotel did not have AC, the shower is extremely small and dangerously high to step in and out of. However, the kitchen was really convenient and useful.

Ne vous arrêtez jamais ici.
Canapé où on ne peut s’asseoir(pas d’assise) et télécommande cassée avec des boutons absents: réclamations faites, on me dit c’est normal, vous êtes seul dans la chambre. j’ai jamais vu ça. Nuisible dans la chambre.

Nothing particular bad to say about the property however also nothing great to say, the only issue we had was that their room key machine wasn’t working so we had to be let into our room each time we went back to the hotel.

Appartement propre à notre arrivée. Serviette de bain et draps propres, équipement de ménage et torchon fournis. Appartement silencieux. Petit bémol sur la vétusté car beaucoup d'équipements ne fonctionnaient pas ou étaient très abîmés ( lampes de chevet, fuite dans les toilettes, canapé lit cassé, porte de salle de bain très abimée...) Gros bémol : pas de clim

Un séjour en famille, l'appartement etait propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons choisi de rajouté le petit déjeuner sur place seul hic car au prix de ce dernier rien ne fonctionnais dans la machine à boissons chaude, peut de choix frais, pas de fruits ce qui est dommage.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in einem Studio. Das Bett und das Schlafsofa waren bequem, Preis-Leistung entspricht den Erwartungen. Es war etwas umständlich, dass es tatsächlich nur 4 stk von allem in der Küche gab (4löffel, Messer etc) auch hatten wir immer wieder kleine Mini Ameisen überall, obwohl wir kein Essen o.ä. irgendwo liegen gelassen haben. Am Check in sprechen sie nur französisch, was umständlich und sehr anstrengend ist, wenn man mitten in der Nacht ankommt und eigentlich nur noch schlafen möchte. Das Zimmer sah ähnlich auf, wie auf den Fotos, nir sind die Winkel sehr gut gemacht. In der Realität war es sehr klein/eng. Das Bad war sauber und das Wasser wurde schnell heiß, der Wasserdruck war auch super. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Nous avons eu une chambre avec une trace de coup dans un mur, pas de produit ménager et une restitution de caution qui nous avait été annoncé comme rapide et qui a pris plus d'une semaine. En revanche les personnes à l'accueil sont sympathiques et font de leur mieux pour bien accueillir.

Séjour correct
Rapport qualité/prix correct. Séjour en famille avec 2 enfants de 4 et 7ans. Pour simplement dormir ça suffit amplement malt une literie fatiguée par les nombreux voyageurs et une odeur de renfermé et d’humidité. Au niveau vaisselle, c’est le minimum. Pas de casseroles ou poêle. Seulement 4 assiettes, 4 verres , 4 bols et des couverts. Dans l’ensemble c’est correct sans trop être exigeant vu le prix bas pratiqué en région parisienne. Un bus au pied de la résidence vous emmène à la gare de Chelles en 5mins pour prendre le RER E ou le Transilien direct pour Paris en 13mins.

Ok for a place to put your head
Arrived late evening and took a few minutes to find the accommodation. Pleasant greeting when we arrived. Was not aware of the €85 deposit. Also not offered parking Nicely sized appt, but sofa bed was not pulled out. Room smelt of cigarette but too late at night to change and presume other rooms may have been the same. Biggest issue was that the bathroom was off the main bedroom which meant the person staying in the main room did not have easy access during the night. We only used the room as a base for Disney, which is only 25 minutes away so not too far to go, and food value

j'ai passé peu de temps dans la chambre mais c'était plutôt bien (salle de bain à améliorer un peu !) dans l'ensemble le rapport qualité prix est excellent
