Attention aux 5 étages, il faut une bonne condition physique. Nous avons joué de malchance avec les wc en panne et le wifi hs cependant le propriétaire a été très réactif. Emplacement idéal pour aller rapidement dans Paris. Quartier agréable

Amazing location

We visited when the apartment is under renovation, so it left a lot to be desired. There were water leaks in the toilet, there's a nest of pigeons living above us and the owner did enter without explicit consent (it was fine with us since we took our valuables with us).However, for the price, it's an insanely good location with 3 minutes walk to a station that takes you to downtown.

Solid Stay

For the price, it’s a really good base camp to explore Paris from. The L line train station is basically outside the front door and it’s only a 10 min walk too the 13 line. Not super close to any of the “primary” tourist destinations, but they’re all very accessible. We had a couple small plumbing issues while we were there, but the host was quick to respond to and solve the issues. Don’t go in expecting a giant luxury apartment. Also, the wall art is a bit crude in the bedroom. But all said, a great stay!

La localisation est parfaite pour accéder aux transports Par contre la propreté (l'odeur) des communs et surtout du logement est à revoir. Concernant les ustensiles de cuisine et le linge impossible de savoir ce qui est propre ou sale...Prévoir les boules quies pour la nuit.

Es gäbe über diese Wohnung und das Haus, in der sie sich befindet, so viel Negatives zu sagen, dass ich hier nur stichpunktartig zusammenfassen werde, warum dies in meinen Augen keine Ferienwohnung ist: - 5. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl und Treppenhaus so eng, dass man ab 10 Kilo Übergewicht gleich unten bleiben kann - Unten im Eingang haust ganz offensichtlich ein Obdachloser, der wohl den Türcode in Erfahrung gebracht hat - In dem Haus wohnen ziemlich kaputte Leute und allabendlich stiegen Haschischdampf und ein strenger Fischgeruch hoch in die Wohnung - Das Bett (bzw. Sofa, nicht einmal ein Schlafsofa) für unseren Sohn war nicht bezogen, und im Schrank war ein stinkendes, ungewaschenes Laken, zum Glück habe ich dann aber doch noch passables Bettzeug gefunden - Überall Staub und ekelige braune Flecken an vielen unterschiedlichen Stellen (Heizkörper, Duschvorhang etc.) - Verstopftes (und beschädigtes) Waschbecken im Badezimmer, Dusche so widerlich, dass wir auf das Duschen lieber verzichtet haben, keine richtige Tür, fürchterlicher Geruch - Total altes, verformtes Bettzeug, Brandlöcher in der Bettwäsche - Überall alte Klamotten, möglicherweise von einer verstorbenen Person (?) - Wohnung kleiner als angegeben - Völlig gefakte Kommentare, wer wirklich einmal hier übernachtet hat, kann nicht mehr als 0 bis 1 Stern geben ETC. Bisher hatte ich bei Buchungen über FeWo direkt nur sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht, aber dieses Angebot hat auf der Seite absolut nichts verloren
