Reasonable price and easy access to transport and Bukit Bintang area. Our initial room had a leak in bathroom and staff quickly offered us another room. Towels were a bit musty but had basic amenities, including slippers. One of the lifts (left hand side) was hotter than the other. Overall, it was good value and staff were polite and pleasant, and catered to what we needed for our stay.

The accomodation was really good The room we was in had an excellent view of the petrona tower

Good central location, clean rooms with comfortable bedding. Complimentary afternoon tea is a bonus and we happened to attend an afternoon tea with games which was a fun touch.
