"You have to book cleaning asap, otherwise they won’t clean your room/replace your towels. For a four night stay we didn’t get a single cleaning even though we were told there’s mandatory cleaning days. The location was a good 12mn walk from the metro station, other than that it’s good, you get what you pay for. "

"The lobby was under construction, we got in early and was never allowed to check in early insure of rooms being available. The receptionist Baptiste had no idea of what he was doing, he also lacks empathy and compassion. The lobby was dusty and noisy which was due to their construction. The room 7080 air condition was broken and no one ever showed up in the 6 days to fix it. It was hot and miserable."
