Welcome to our spacious waterfront home is infused with warmth and happiness, perfect for creating unforgettable family memories. With ample room for gatherings and celebrations, our home is designed to enable connections and joy among loved ones. From cozy evenings by the fireplace to laughter-filled meals in the expansive dining area, every moment spent here together is special. Come experience the magic of togetherness in this special space.
The large front lawn is perfect for cricket or perhaps you just want to relax in the spa after a leisurely beach stroll.

Raumati Beach village is three minutes by car, complete with specialty retail shops for a relaxing browse. Top up on supplies from the local Four Square. Dine at the pub, or many restaurants or just head home with takeaways or fish and chips.
As the property has unfenced access to the beach, (at the bottom of the sand dune, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.
The full property is offered to guests.
We meet all our guests on arrival and show you around the home.
As we live close by, we are only a phone call away for any questions.
Terms & Cancellations
A deposit of 60% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance remaining is due 30 days prior to check-in. Services and incidentals (damage or breakages) are then due within seven days of your departure unless otherwise arranged. If payment has not been made for the balance of the accommodation at 30 days before check in, this will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellations within 90 days of arrival: the full deposit is refunded.
Cancellations between 90 and 42 days of arrival: the deposit is refunded less 10%.
Bookings cancelled within 42 days of arrival: 100% of deposit is charged.

Lovely location

The house’s main attributes are that is is really big, with a great view especially from the master upstairs. It still feels a bit like a construction site, with one half built bathroom and boarded up parts but it is still huge. It is also very warm, the sun streams in.

This property was in a fabulous location and highly suitable for a large group. It was very well equipped. The children loved the spa pool.

New Years get-together

We were a group of 10 adults and 4 young children. Initially we were hoping for the basement room to be finished for our use, however, the 5 bedrooms of the house were adequate for our large group in the end. The house was well prepped for our arrival, very clean, well stocked linens and kitchen equipment. It was handy having a toilet off the main sitting room, but a sink for handwashing would be a useful addition especially for young children. A few matters of upkeep need to be addressed like burned out ceiling lights and very loose drawer fronts. We loved the inner courtyard on windy days. The extra long tables inside and out were perfect for our large group. Would definitely book the house again if the occasion should arise.

Recommended and Absolutely Fabulous

We arrived after a 36 hr trip from the uk. As soon as we opened the door the property had the ‘wow’ factor. So light and airy and spacious. Our host met us at the property and as this was a Christmas stay, immediately found a Christmas tree for us all plus body boards and a football (important for the boys!! ) The garden and decking were fab. The boys could enjoy football and everyone enjoyed going to the beach which was at the bottom of the garden. The beach was very safe for young children to enjoy. The spa was a very welcome addition to our stay and was enjoyed at the end of a busy few days catching up with family around the area. All the bedrooms were a good size and the beds very comfortable. No shortage of hot water for baths and showers. All mod cons are available. We felt that it would have been advantageous to have more storage in all the bedrooms. The local area had a bakery, (with wonderful bakery goods and coffee), a four square food shop, several clothes shops, restaurants, take away food shops, and the favourite, The Waterfront, right on the beach with good food and drink. There was also a play area for children along with a splash park and miniature railway. Would definitely recommend and would revisit with family.

Magical beachside location

We were looking for a beach stay that had conveniences of home. This beautiful location ticked it all. Clean lines, every amenity, and stunning outlook across the sea. Wonderful place to enjoy some of the NZ summer!

Great space and location for our family celebration. Courtyard with Spa and BBQ was a focal point.

Full marks to our Hosts who were easy to contact, very responsive and helpful. While there is a lot of work still to be done to complete the renovations this was comfortable accommodation that suited our group of 13 with a wide age range.

The house is accurately depicted in the photos. Having helpful owners nearby was a plus. Completing the renovations would increase the appeal of the house to large groups like ours. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Amazing spot

Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Everything was perfect. Very comfortable beds and linen in an amazing house with great spaces and right on the beach for a swim anytime. Will definitely be back. Very easy and helpful communication.

What a beautiful house! It was absolutely perfect for our group of 10. It had everything we needed, there was plenty of space for everyone & best of all, the beachfront location & view was spectacular. Could Be Great

Booked for a sports team of 13 women as it was advertised as 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms as well as a spa, which would make it the perfect base for us. A week out from our booking, we were told there was 5 bedrooms & only 2 bathrooms available. We had already paid in full & unfortunately there was no other accomodation available at such short notice. The spa was broken despite the owner being there every day trying to rectify the problem. In all other regards the owners couldn’t have been more helpful but the bottom line was, we didn’t get what we paid for, however once the renovations are completed, the property will offer a substantial space for a large group booking.
