It is located within walking distance to Pernera Resort Canter with some of the most beautiful sandy beaches.
The villa has three en-suite double bedrooms and amazing roof top terrace.
Fully equipped, this villa is the perfect place to enjoy every minute of your holiday.
Pool is 12 meters long and 4 meters wide with 1.6 meters maximum depth.

The villa was absolutely amazing very clean and tidy both inside and the grounds We were contacted on the day of our trip and they left us an arrival package with food to get us going as we were late arriving which was a great service The pool was amazing Such a lovely peaceful place to be Thankyou for letting us experience your Villa If you’re looking. At this then definitely book you won’t be disappointed

Villa Amelia - belie acceptable standard

We have been coming to Cyprus for 20 years and we always stay in a villa. This one - Villa Amelia was the worst one yet. The main issue was cleanliness however overall it was shabby and in need of complete refreshment.Starting downstairs - living room and kitchen were a good size . Open plan, lots of space and wall to wall windows and doors so it was nice and bright. However, kitchen units were worn with bits of the cupboard doors wearing off. Thick layer of dust at the top of the units which is not pleasant anywhere never mind in a kitchen. The oven was literally filthy. We reported this and a cleaner came to clean it but didn’t do a good job so we had to clean it ourselves. No lights in living area apart from ceiling lights which are too bright to use so we had to bring a table lamp down from a bedroom to use. No dish towels to dry dishes so we had to buy some. Pool area is small and not really suitable for 6 people comfortably if you all want to sit in the sun. There is a static straw umbrella which is useless as it doesn’t come down so in the afternoon shades a good part of the pool area. Not sure why a standard umbrella that can go up and down isn’t provided as that would suit all guests? Ground is very sore on your feet so you need shoes all the time! It’s not major but it’s annoying. Pool is surrounded by tall trees for privacy but they shed and so their ‘leaves’ end up in the pool all the time. Pool is tiny. Clothes dryers provided but no pegs so we had to buy.

Fabulous villa

Great location, the villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped. One of the best we have stayed in (we use Vrbo every year). Directions to the villa were perfect, communication around check in was clear. The beds we very comfy, size of villa and patio etc perfect for 6 adults. We went in April so the pool was a little too cold (but so was the sea). My only suggestion would be a guest book where people can leave resturant recommendations etc,
