Caro per il servizio dato .Sono stata un po delusa della camera perché non c'era dove appendere la doccia ed il coperchio del water erea rotto , poi prima di lasciare la camera mentre eravamo a fare la colazione ci hanno ritirato le salviette e non le hanno riposte pulite e noi potevamo lasciare la stanza alle 12 .

So-So
Not much really going on in this area. The hotel needs help. The food was pretty decent. Filipe, the hotel manager was so helpful. The hotel was unable to accept cards as payment so that was a bit of a hassle. Had to find an ATM. Not that big of a deal

The good: the terrace on the 5th floor had a beautiful view. It was empty. It seems that only me and my family stayed there and maybe another two couple. The staff especially the girls were super sweet and attentive. The other staff was ok.
The bad: the room needs to be updated. The TV is placed to the side and its so small. No seats or tablea.or.minifridge or anything!!! Only the beds! The light went off a few times and had to walk to the third floor because the elevator was not working. The main manager Andrea he tried to be very polite but to me he needs to learn how to delegate responsibility. He pretends kindness but i see a micromanager. I really didnt like his gestures as they were fake. My sister saw him yell at the women staff which is crazy because they were there from 8 to God knows when. Everyone seemed afraid of Andrea. At the end we paid and Andrea ran after us saying there was a mistake and we needes to pay more. Which was correct but he was talking like a crazy person like trying to prove he wasn't lying but no one said that. I just needed to get to my phone and see the original reservation to confirm what he had in his computer. For one he should have ensure of that when we first paid! Secondly he started saying that that is what happens when you leave other people to check you out when HE WAS ALSO THERE CHECKING US OUT AND YET BLAMED THE WORKER!! I was trying to get to my internet and I couldn't because the hotel wifi was weak!
