"This home is perfect for a group hangout on the river. We had a larger group stay and there were enough beds, towels, linens, etc to accommodate us. The water activities were a blast and the fire pit a huge plus. If you have a preference they also provide a gas and charcoal grill. 10/10 stay. Would definitely book again."

"Perfect house for our family vacation. We come with 3 of our sons and their families. We had 6 grandkids 4 and under with us. The house and pool were great, even an umbrella over the pool to shade the babies from the hot Texas sun, and it was very hot. The walkway to the river has a gate for additional safety; we didn’t use any of the kayaks and paddle boards that were available but if the kids had been older they would have. The game room was nice for the adults. Even the 4 year old was able to play the arcade game with help. We found a couple of antique shops in downtown Seguin that were nice. We mostly ate at the house (hard to take 6 babies and toddlers out to eat). Bedrooms worked well for us, 3 were big enough for a porta crib. The stairs were a small problem for the little ones but we expected that. The 4 year old did fine going up and down the stairs but the 3 and 2 year olds we made sure and helped them go up and down. Overall it was great, so much to do at the house you don’t need to leave for activities."

"The property was so spacious we had 3 empty beds... we were 19 guests. Bed firmness ranged from soft to hard. The couches were comfy and plentiful. Floors throughout were an 8 out of ten clean. Kitchen floor and stairs were creaky, which made moving around at night difficult to be quite. The kitchen was very well equipped, from seasoning to dishes and pans. The kitchen was our hub. It was big enough to hold our family together to play games, eat, and share stories. Two of the 3 showers were 7 out of ten, the shower heads needed updating. The other shower was a 10 out of 10. The one tub in the house was great to bath the babies. For the river, the host even had life jackets and pool noodles available to use, A! The outside space was incredible. We had movie night outside on the gravel area. There were so many areas to sit and enjoy the river, ducks, and wild deer. We used their BBQ pit to make burgers, hot dogs, and smoke a pork shoulder. We made smores on the fire pit! River was low, but we still made our way down using the ramps the host has provided for guests, just watch your step. Memories were made and happy to have had an amazing host, whom was available at the blink of an eye. Thank you from the Torres family."

"This property is beautiful and so relaxing! We loved the stay as well as all of the amenities included! My kids swam in the river and enjoyed fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Everything was super clean. This location is easy access to New Braunfels and San Antonio. Highly recommend!"
