「The dingy gate around the property seemed concerning but I like that there is only one way in and out onto the property. I felt like it looked like an unsafe area but felt safe upon check in and beyond. Love the smells on property too!」
「We loved our stay - the hotel pool and hot tubs were our favorite. The weekend pool party with a DJ was a fun scene. The lobby decor and games had a unique vibe. The restaurant food was good and we enjoyed eating at the pool. Our room was cute and clean, but a little tight for a family of four. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found great, affordable food options very close to the hotel. 」
「The guy at the front desk when I checked in was not professional. He treated me as if I was one of his friends or something. Was he an exchanged student st the school in Santa Cruz? If not the cooperate needs to educate the franchise owner.」
