"Zoe on reception was amazing nothing was too much trouble, I’d phoned prior to going to the hotel with a query and she dealt with it straight away. Also the young guy and another gentleman were really helpful when our tv wasn’t working, they promptly sorted another room for us, which was more spacious. ..."
