「Such a bad experience! Horrible service and rude staff. The lady in the front desk would not let us check in, claiming that she didn’t have our reservation even do we had already paid. I do not recommend this place! Wrong address and phone number And I still haven’t received my money back.」

「Lovely hotel. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Excellent Sri Lankan style food, cold beers, and beautiful grounds and lovely swimming pool. Rooms were spacious, clean and had AC and a fan. Thoroughly recommend it. 」

「I tried to check in on the day at Ayowa Grand Hotel and the Hotel management refuse to let us check in saying they did not received money I paid on line! I have the proof from commercial bank that I paid 91.98 USD for the 2 rooms I booked but the hotel management refuse demanding I pay again and check in.
