"My family had a wonderful time. Plenty of space, and the gazebo that leads directly to the ocean was convenient. We were fortunate to have a nest of loggerhead turtle eggs close to the property, and we were educated about the entire process of how the nest was protected by a group of OIB residents who make sure the newly hatched turtles made it to the sea. You will not regret staying at this lovely place. Thank you Dan for your efforts to help your guests feel welcome and comfortable."

"Second Stay (Previously reviewed July 2025).Cameron is GREAT to work with! Condo was squeaky clean. Lots of hot water with good water pressure for shower. A/C excellent. Bed comfortable. ROKU TV.Close to beach. Easy check in. Overall 10/10. Will be back next season!"

"My family & I will forever treasure the memories we made at Founders Manor! Ocean Isle has always been a special place for my family, I grew up visiting the island frequently. This was the first time we had been able to get the family together for a trip like this in many years. My grandparents are getting older and it may have been our last chance to do a trip like this with them, so it was incredibly special to be able to spend it in this historical house. The house is beautiful and has plenty of space. The location is just incredible and the views are such a treat. The dogs had the time of their lives zooming up and down the yard and I was glad they were allowed to join us. The house was also very clean and I appreciated that many things were provided and not something we had to think about (linens, etc). Marnie is an excellent host. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!"

"This was our second visit to this property and my family and I were extremely pleased with this house the owner has made it a point to create a top notch experience. From the location to all the amenities provided. The smallest details have been considered by the owner and have been provided for. Core memories have been and continue to be created with my kids and grandkids. We are looking forward to our next visit that we have booked for next year."
