"The King Cave room more than met my expectations. Breakfast was delectable! Overall super impressed with the hospitality of this family-run hotel. Highly recommended despite the 20 min drive to Goreme"
"I stayed at Solin Cave Cappadocia for 6 nights. Coming from the US. The staffs hospitality is unmatched and took very good care of everything that I needed. The facility is very clean and the whole vibe of the place is beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again and recommend."
"Eşimle birlikte balayı için tercih ettik genel olarak memnun kaldık. Görselde yer almasına rağmen şömine arızalı olduğu için yakılmadı. Oda tercihimizi şömineye göre yapmıştık. Bunun dışında ortahisar mevkisinde vadi manzaralı ve sakin konumda olması güzel. İşletme sahibi ve çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü.

"Hotel is located at a side of a hill, so shuttle or taxis wont park at the front, you must walk 100mts to get there. The town has just a few options of restaurants and shops. You have to take a taxi to go around, it is easy to get it and not expensive. Uber works. Staff is really gentle and rooms are big, you will really live the turkish culture."

"Our stay at Library Cave Hotel was truly exceptional! The cave room was a unique and unforgettable experience, blending comfort and authenticity perfectly. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, offering excellent travel suggestions and assisting us with every detail. But above all, the breakfast was absolutely outstanding—beyond our expectations! If you’re looking for a magical experience in Cappadocia, I highly recommend Library Cave Hotel.

"Great location and wonderful staff. Very welcoming and helpful we really enjoyed the location and lovely amenities. Couldn’t do enough for us. Top service and comfortable room. Highly recommended. "
"My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was warm and professional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a top-notch experience!"
"Very small cave hotel with non English speaking staffs. The hotel is too far from city center, you have to take bus to get to city center, you can't even find taxi around there. But very quiet and breakfast was nice."
"Great hotel run by even better staff at the front desk who will go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcomed! Slightly off the main street in town, everything is walkable to the main parts of town to get things to eat and do a little shopping. The front desk will also help you book some tours in the area including hot air balloon rides, ATV tours, and tours of the area. Oh and did I mention the bathrooms - just beautiful! Enjoy your stay!"
"It was a wonderful hotel and it fascinated us with its cave concept. The fireplace and jacuzzi were also great. The hotel owner, Kadir Bey, took special care of everyone. The breakfast was also very nice."
"Staff are nice. Owner responds to messages sent through Expedia very quickly. One major con for this property is its distance from Goreme or Urgup. You need a taxi for everything. "

"Really nice cave hotel in the sleepy little town of Mustafapasa. Room was nice and cool (great to beat the blazing Cappadocia summer heat) and had an enormous bathroom. Delicious Turkish breakfast served daily and terrace is great for hanging out. It is on top of a hill so if you’re planning to walk, be aware of that. Hotel staff speak a little English but were very handy with Google Translate and helped us with all sorts of requests, including bus service, balloon rides, taxi service etc. Housekeeping every 2-3 days.
Note that despite the address, this hotel is NOT in Urgup (which is what I thought when I booked). It’s in Mustafapasa, a small town about 11 min away from Urgup. If you’re driving or doing tours, it doesn’t really matter, but if you’re taking public transit it is somewhat inconvenient as you need to take the bus to Urgup before transferring to further destinations."
"I had an unforgettable stay at this Cappadocia hotel! From airport transfers to check-out, the service was exceptional. The reception team was friendly and helped me upgrade to a beautiful room at a reasonable price. The room itself was a dream – unique, comfortable, and perfectly appointed. The mattress and shower were fantastic, and the private pool was the perfect treat.
The hotel's attention to detail was impressive. When I missed breakfast due to a late morning, they still managed to prepare something for me. They even arranged a ride to a recommended restaurant for my birthday dinner, where I received a surprise free dessert a lovely touch.
The breakfast was delicious, and housekeeping was top-notch. As a solo traveler who's stayed in many hotels, I can confidently say this one is the best. I'll definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience in Cappadocia."
"we loved the location and the hotel facilities. Breakfast buffet and the restaurant on top floor were good.
We had elderly parent with us and they found it very difficult to walk up and down stairs for buffet about 3 flight of stairs.
otherwise would recommend. "
"Potamia is, without question, the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. What sets it apart isn’t just the stunning setting or the thoughtful design — it’s the warmth and sincerity of its owner, who is easily one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. After just three nights, he felt more like a friend than a host. You quickly realize that Potamia is a true labor of love — a lifelong dream brought to life — and that passion is reflected in every detail.
The daily breakfast is nothing short of extraordinary. Using produce grown in their own garden alongside the best of what the region offers, each element is crafted with care and quality. Freshly baked breads, artisanal cheeses, house-made cherry and strawberry jams, decadent cakes (yes, a different homemade cake every morning!), and antipasti like olives and semi-dried tomatoes — it’s an experience unto itself. Honestly, the breakfast alone is worth the stay.
Then there’s the view. The hotel overlooks a tranquil valley dotted with ancient cave dwellings and historic ruins. Each morning, you can wander along scenic trails or simply sit back and take in the panorama from your window or the communal terraces. I often found myself torn between exploring Cappadocia or staying put just to soak in the serenity.
Originally, I saw Cappadocia as a once-in-a-lifetime destination — something to check off the list. But staying at Potamia, and getting to know the close-knit team behind it, changed that. Thanks for the memories."

"I booked this place for my husbands birthday. I asked for the suite with the private pool. I had booked a late flight in the hope we would arrive and be able to go on the balloons however the balloons were cancelled and the Ali the gentleman at the desk was so kind and gave us a suite for the same price as the budget room. The room was stunning, clean, beautiful and majestic. There was a hammam , jacuzzi , shower and a massive bed, no complaints what so ever!
We woke up late the next day and met Gokan, he spoke English and helped us with booking the Swirling Dervish Cermony and the ATV tour. He was always welcoming and polite And we will definitely be coming back as well as highly recommending this gem to everyone. We were lucky to do the balloons on the second day which was epic, took beautiful pictures and Gokan booked this for us with the company Tulip who were great!!! I asked the hotel if they could do something nice for my husband on our arrival and they surprised him with a cake which was delicious!!! There are several native restraunts within walking distance as well as cash points and a little cafe too. THANKYOU Solo Caves for making our experience so magical! Thankyou Gokan and Ali and the other gent "
