Poor amenities and zero maintenance accountability

Elevators are SLOW, not enough toilet paper, hair dryers broken, toilet seat broken, shower drains clogged and over flowed and Maintenamce NEVER came to fix even after reported it. TVs didn’t work could only use bedroom TV. Beach was perfect!

AMAZING!

This was to date the BEST stay in PCB we have EVER had! We have been to PCB many times before and hadn’t found our spot yet and this is it! It was the first time we had booked this resort and fell in LOVE❤️ It truly felt like home! The furnishings were spot on and it was so clean that it almost took your breath away! Everything was super comfy and cozy. Each morning we watched the dolphins play before heading down to the beach ourselves ( seven days of dolphins !) We can’t wait to return! Thank you so much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful place

This was a beautiful place perfect location only thing bed was a little hard for my satsfaction but was nice. One thing make sure you dont close your door when it is within 30 minutes of check out becsuse code no longer works luckily for us i was still in condo. Only complaint we had was floors were sandy and dirty when we checked in and there was some trash behind the end table. All in all a great place to stay!!!!! Would highly recommend it!!!! Knives need sharpened if you cook🙂

Observations

Opened refrigerator when we first arrived and the shelf on the lower portion of the refrigerator door fell to the floor and was not attached and was already broken. The microwave glass turntable is not the correct size for the microwave and just wobbled .

Summer 23

The beach and the gulf were beautiful! The condo was just as described. The view was amazing and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed the fitness center and the pools were great. Getting the car registered was an issue but got it worked out our first full day. There are 2 beach chairs and one umbrella set up on the beach each day in rows. They start taking them down at 4:30 so you might want your own chairs and umbrella. We did not care for the surrounding area. It was very busy with a lot of traffic and more city like. But, we still enjoyed the beach and the gulf very much!!

Great Vacay

Everything was wonderful. My one recommendation would be to deep clean the kitchen. The dish washer was pretty disgusting but other than that we were happy with everything else.

Nice condo

Nice condo, good location. Plenty of parking in the garage. Easy to get to the beach. It doesnt matter how much you sweep or mop, there is always sand on the floor. The dishwasher needs a tune up and the dryer takes a long time to dry anything. Condo was ready earlier than expected which was nice.

Family/Friend Vacation

The condo was very clean and pretty. I was expecting it to be a larger than it was from the photos. The second bedroom had zero room in it for grown boys and no room for luggage. Literally enough room for a bed. The unit has only one closet and no room to store anything. By the end of the week I felt claustrophobic because we just had things sitting everywhere!! We spent tons of time trying to get an elevator. They were HORRIBLE!!! At times 45 minutes to get one and would take stairs, but we had beach cart. Would only recommend this unit if you have a couple of people and maybe a small child.

Family vacation

We really didn’t have any complaints. If I had to find anything to complain about it would be very minor things. All the shelves in the fridge doors and the butcher block knives need replaced. Like I said very minor things. We loved our stay and would definitely come back and stay.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo, great views, clean, comfortable bed. Only complaint is that heated pool was closed. If we knew that, we would not have booked this property. We were told they had two pools and after booking that one would be closed. We didn't realize only one of the two pools is heated and the heated was the one closed. The open pool was freezing cold. This was VERY disappointing as the pool is a big thing to us. Room itself was great.

Perfect

This was our 2nd time staying here and it didn't disappoint. Even with the pool construction....I found it didn't even bother me. Perfect views and location to everything.

Super cute

Loved the decor and cleanliness!!! Exactly what it described!!!! Parking garage huge downfall… then I got email saying there was additional parking. when we arrived went to talk to office and they said no they don’t. I showed them my email and they said oh…. The security guard was super super rude. The ladies at front desk gave me a hanger bc that’s what my email said we needed…. The security guard took from me and put only one day pass and we were staying the whole week…. So that was very confusing and frustrating…. Everyone needs to be on same page if additional parking or not and where located and car hanger….

What a gem of a stay

This place is breathtaking. The beach and ocean were gorgeous; clear water and white sand. The condo was absolutely amazing. The view was breathtaking and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. (An extra roll of tp would have been great) but besides that it was magical. Being so close to the beach with comfy chairs and a pool and hot tub for after the beach was simply marvelous. We will definitely be back!! Loved every minute of this place.

Poor service from owner

Location was great. Maintenance was great. Property management was fine. Owner operational priorities and attention to the guest experience is horrible. We had no dishwasher the entire week. The property manager admitted and confirmed repeated issues over the past weeks and months with the dishwasher failing. Instead of maintenance repairing or replacing it, the owner refused to allow them to fix it opting to instead rely on a slow and poor appliance warranty service. Obviously the owner cared more about saving a few dollars then providing a quality guest experience on their vacation. On top of that, other owner responsible issues, not maintenance, such as a broken Keurig that did not work, a terribly uncomfortable master bed with a huge lump in the middle, and a large piece of patio furniture with a broken leg that couldn’t be used. More neglect from the owner who seems to “step over a dollar to pick up a nickel”, zero care about her customers, and hamstrings her property manager. At least the property manager recognized this bad experience and helped with a small credit to offset things a bit. Find another unit in this building and you’ll be fine.

we had a wonderful time , dishwasher did not work but got a return call right away from manager . he got a plumber scheduled but did not come while we were there . only downfall .
