Sunny was a great host and communicated on any questions we had during our stay very promptly. Property was nice and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The view from the master bedroom balcony of the Gulf was great. Especially, for morning coffee and the beautiful sunsets.

The properties location was excellent. The property itself was nice, clean, and well stocked for our stay. The host was excellent in communicating with me in a timely manner as we had trouble locating the place. We enjoyed our stay and will reserve again.

Pinnacle Port is an excellent location and the interior upkeep of the property is spotless! They do an excellent job in keeping everything spotless. Services were all spot on! Our unit had a great location on the 5th floor. Kitchen was updated and nice. Unfortunately the couch in the living room is worn and uncomfortable. The two side chairs are nice but hard. Tv is small and not a smart tv but does have cable. Bedding is nice but mattresses were uncomfortable. There are no dressers in either. There is a cube unit in one of the closets but hard to get to where it is mounted. Bathrooms are nice but Tub drains very slow. Beach balcony is great. First floor one could use more seating. We don’t anticipate returning to this unit but the facility and location are perfect. Private and wellll maintained.

Girlfriend Getaway

Great location! On the beach with chairs and an umbrella. Sunsets from the beach and pool deck are beautiful. Beach views from every balcony. Well-equipped kitchen with two coffee makers, a pod, and brew options was available. The only downside no SmartTVs. We had planned a night binge of a few Netflix shows. I would stay there again. This was my second time at this unit.

Everything was pretty much on point! One lil minor issue, There was an extremely bad odor coming from the sink/dishwasher area. We bought some plug-ins, put a scented sanitizer down the disposal, and lit candles… It was much better! The condo itself was clean and comfy. The building is just very very old! Some of us were a little bit older so probably wouldn’t rent with stairs again.

Fun and relaxing vacation

The condo was easily accessible. The beach view from the bedroom was beautiful. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms were well kept. One of my favorite surprises was the 2 beach chairs and umbrella were set up and ready for us first thing in the morning. I’ve had to call and rent them before which was expensive and a challenge.

Convenient location reasonable price

The property was fine and the location worked well for easy beach access and access to Lake Helen State park and 30A. I think it could have been better stocked with at least full rolls of TP and more than one dishwasher puck. We were aware going in it would be minimally stocked but it just felt sparse. I hate to buy an entire container of dishwasher pucks for three days of visiting. That said, with 5 of us there we had to wash plates bowls and dishes multiple times a day since most items only had 4-5 pieces. Some folding chairs would be nice so we could all sit at the table for dinner. I believe the listing mentioned quarters for 7 but there weren’t 7 sleeping spots. All in all it was fine but some simple tweaks would have made it great.

Beautiful view

This newly updated condo has everything you need for a beach vacation, including the best view of the beach! The location is amazing with a Publix, Dunkin Donuts and many reataurants nearby. Chair service each day was a bonus!

Great Location, friendly staff

The location was right on the beach. Very clean and cozy. The staff at Pinnacle Point were very friendly, always chatting with us and asking how we were doing. Special thanks to Tony, one of the employees, who helped us out! Great place to stay, we will be back!

Family beach Vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach. We felt very much at home. The condo had been well renovated. The beds slept wonderfully. We could have used a couple of items such as, an oven mitt, extra dish towels, and pillow cases for the extra pillows. Already planning our next visit

Wonderful get away

We booked this condo last minute and all went well. It was a good experience. Reserving was easy, condo was clean and pictures were accurate on the listing. I love the closeness to the beach . overall it was a great stay for my friend and myself. We will go back.

The property and room were clean and well maintained. We had oc ean view from both de ks and a short walk to the beach. The location is perfect. Close to the store and 30A is right up the road. Third time at the property, just right.

Good Stay

The stay was great, the place was clean, the beds were comfortable, has the basics of what you need. The place is outdated but everything was still functional and clean. The AC had a hard time keeping the place cool on the super hot days but did a good job when it cooled down, we had a box fan that we brought so that helped. Has great views of sunrise and the beach. Overall a good stay and I would come back.
