Beyond Satisfied!

Stayed for a Mon-Fri vacation with the family and was absolutely satisfied. It was a little bit of a drive (about 10 minutes) from a lot of the main activities and restaurants, but given that we went during Spring Break, it was a blessing to be a little ways down. The room was perfect. Very clean, had everything we needed. The Splash Pad and Pool were also very convenient for the evenings when the beach was too cold and the kids wanted some extra water time. Would definitely stay there again, and would hughly recommend.

We stayed ,for 6 days of vacation,the unit was very clean, nice view to the ocean, It s a great place for kids, families,close access to the beach ,it was a good stay ,we had a good time! Wonderful place! Will be back !!

The condo was nice and clean with a beautiful view and direct access to the beach. The splash pad and pool were a hit for the for our kids. We didnt have to leave the facility at all for any entertainment. The only issue I had was within the booking process. I booked using afterpay and received messages from the property management team wanting proof of payment and they wanted a picture of a physical card for proof which was not available due to using Afterpay, so I would advise anyone who is looking to use a service such as that to book to be careful because you will have to show some type of proof that the method of payment matches your ID

Not sure I would spend the money to go back.

The hotel overall was nice, parking covered across the street with an enclosed walk across bridge. Multiple pools and play areas for kids of all ages. Poolside grills food is great and very nice beach front area. Now the negatives: Only 2 elevators for 20 floors of people (normal wait time of 7-12 minutes to get on elevator if it isnt full when it stops at your floor), room smelled like left over seafood for the first four days, beds were old and sunk in feeling, TV remote did not match the TV in second bedroom and TV was stuck on HBO so at 10PM not exactly best for small children coming to bed after crab hunting. Every night someone near our room was smoking and the smell of weed was extremely strong.

We had a really great stay at this condo.Just a couple of things ideas that I think would really help make the stay more enjoyable as far as cooking in the room... a couple hot pads for taking things out fo the oven, a cookie sheet, and a new big pot. The big pot had handles that were about to fall off. This was dangerous in making hot food and having to carry it over to the sink to drain. Those 3 things are super cheap to implement into this resort that would be really helpful to the next customer:) Thanks! We had a great stay... the environment was so nice. The area is really being built up nicely. The room was very clean. We look forward to coming back.

Good property overall, but some unit in poor shape

My unit (1403E) was in poor shape. Old furniture with many items not working. Broken leg on coffee table, microwave vent cover missing, sliding door to balcony was stuck and would not open more than 1/3 way, bathroom shower was dirty, old TV with missing remote cover, bird poop not cleaned, etc. Splash property itself was in pretty decent shape with easy access to the beach.

I booked a condo with 2 king beds and queen pull out couch. I got 1 king, 1 queen with pullout couch. The beds were so hard that everyone's hips and back hurt. There wasn't enough comfortable seating in den area. We suggest a sectional couch and 2 recliners. There was black mold on air vents in bathrooms.
