*** Access to the beach from the west pool gate, center pool gate, or east pool gate… you must use a gate code to exit the gates to the beach and then again to re-enter the gates back onto the property! I will email you all of the gate codes and condo door condo prior to your arrival…
** All guest are required to purchase a parking pass $35.00 and Armbands $6 for each person over 10 years old. Both good for your stay. These items are to be purchase through a Park n Spot Link, that I will be sending you prior to your arrival….you can pay with credit card…The security guard does check the vehicle's on site during rounds for the parking permit. Also at least one of the guest is required to be at least 25 years old, this is a Sunbird Rental Requirement!
