  • Family Friendly Area complete with multiple pools, tennis courts, and an outdoor grilling area. Unwind and relax in this 1 bedroom , 1 bath hideaway overlooking the gulf of Mexico with unobstructed views that can sleep up to 4. King size bed in bedroom. Brand new Sofa Sleeper and Love Seat. Beach access does not get much easier than this! Condo is on the fifth floor in one of the popular mid-rise buildings (B3-507). It is a one story unit so there are no stairs to deal with!

    Cozy and clean surroundings with all new furniture to feel comfortable in. Complete with washer/dryer and all kitchen essentials for your convenience.

    Located in the beautiful community of Pinnacle Port/Carillon Beach. Only 2 miles past 30A and in close proximity to great restaurants, shopping and Pier Park.

The condo was exactly as described, very nice, in a great location, close to whatever you want to visit. It is right on the beach, loved the view from the balcony. We went to the beach every day there, wished we could have stayed longer, and will definitely be back again.

Winter get away

My husband and I loved our stay at pinnacle port. Beautiful condo and just a few steps from the beach. Had all the amenities that we enjoy-tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball and several pools. Plus the views are spectacular. Loved it and plan to come back next year.

Perfect anniversary getaway

We had the best time. The view was perfect. It was nice and quiet also there wasn't a lot of ppl on the beach witch was a plus. Wonderful weekend getaway

The condo was prefect! Loved everything about it. Wonderful view. Steps from the beach. Short drive to Panama City or Rosemary/Seacrest for shopping and dinning. My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing long weekend and can't wait to come back!
