BEAUTIFUL CONDO!

The condo was very clean and was beautifully decorated. Ron was a fantastic host and was very fast to respond to any of my concerns. Trying to get unloaded and up to our room was a bit chaotic due to everyone else trying to do the same. There is only one small unloading spot for vehicles that have to park across the street. With a lot of people trying to move in at the same time is was very stressful, especially when many didn't know the parking situation. Other than that we had a wonderful vacation and plan on returning here again.

40th Anniversary trip with kids and grandkids

The condo is exactly as pictured. It is beautifully decorated, clean and has a wonderful balcony. The owner was so helpful and answered right away when we had questions. We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and access to the beach right there.

Great Stay

Get week for our family and grandparents. Everything was clean, balcony is huge, and Ron was a wonderful host that communicated very well. Will 100% stay here again.

Family vacation

Not a great experience. First only 1 working elevator told been that way since april. Secondly was bothered several times about a piece of patio furniture that was broken by previous renter. Owner wanted to come DURING our stay and disrupt my family to do this instead of waiting 2 days till we checked out. So instead of being inconvenience by this I took pictures and sent them ridiculous to worry about this and bother guest over a 100 piece of furniture when charging 3400 for 5 days. Also property is full of don't do this don't do that signs not a real welcoming feeling

I would do it again

We all enjoyed the condo and the location. While we were there, they were completely gutting one of the elevators so it wasn't usable. That caused the elevator wait to be longer than expected. They also repainted the pool so it was closed for a day. Again, not the condo owners fault but still disappointing. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was pretty well stocked with everything we needed. It was nice that the trash chute was so close and we were on the end of the hallway. The only thing that would make me hesitate to book again was the checkout time. Even though the site said 10am, even though that is still too early, we were told to ignore that time and be out before 10. That doesn't really set a good tone when you can't check in till 4pm. At least let people sleep in a little! 11am at the earliest would be awesome. That extra hour would have made all the difference for so many family members trying to get out of the condo on time.

Pekarek 40th Trip

We had a great time staying at the Ocean RItz. The condo is very nice. The kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. The unit manager and the owner were bending over backwards to make sure we had a good trip. We all really enjoyed staying at Panama City Beach.

Practically Perfect

Location, size, accessibility we’re all awesome. One tiny complaint is that it wasn’t stocked with trash bags, so be sure to bring your own!

High school friends celebrating their 55th birthdays!

The condo itself was beautiful and was perfect for our group of 6 girlfriends! The beds were extremely comfortable, and it was lovely hearing the waves every morning from the balcony. Marc was very responsive to us and made sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The weekend that we were there, unfortunately, there were some rowdy out of towners that came into Panema City Beach. But Marc kept in constant communication with us and even bought us drinks at a beautiful restaurant (which was very sweet - the disturbance had nothing to do with him!!). I think our only complaint would be that toilet paper and dish soap are not provided. Other than that, would definitely rent here again!!!!

Great quick getaway

The condo was big and clean. The owner was very responsive to our questions and requests. Parking was very tight in the deck, but it was nice to have the option to park across the street.

Gorgeous Views

This property has luxurious furnishings and beautiful views. We plan to return when the weather is warmer. Enjoyed a 50th celebration with friends. Only thing to consider is parking is limited and the dedicated space makes for an Austin Powers park job if you’re driving a full size SUV but it fit! Lol :)

Amazing beach views

Great stay with amazing beach views. Parking was a bit tight and very inconvenient to park across street. Elevators had a very bad smell but overall would recommend this property.

The property was beautiful and great location, check in was difficult due to code not working, and 7 women with 1 key for duration of stay. Would def stay here again, but hope they will work on door situation

Family getaway

This condo is exquisite!!! The decor is absolutely beautiful. The beds are sooo comfortable. The balcony is a dream! My husband and I and 5 of our children and 2 sons in law stayed here and loved every single moment! It was such an oasis for us. Huge dining tables inside as well as on the balcony gave us a great place to eat meals together and play games. The condo also had beach toys for our 7 snd 8 year old which was such a pleasant surprise! The kitchen is well stocked and had a regular coffee pot as well as a kuerig (which was awesome for us!) they have a crockpot as well! We had a small issue with the dishwasher having trouble draining and Ron was incredibly fast to respond and very kind to work with. We’ve been coming to PCB for 20 years and we would highly recommend this unit to anyone!

Amazing Balcony and beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful and spacious. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The balcony is amazing. It was clean and well stocked on arrival. We had cable problems and the owner was responsive and even offered to send us to the movies. He had someone there Tuesday to fix it. There are very few negatives. I know 2 of the tubs didn’t have stoppers and small washer dryer for large condo and parking is awful. There was one assigned spot for a 4 bedroom condo. The spot was difficult to get in/out of. The lot was closed for 2 days so all 4 vehicles had to pay ($6 for 2-6 hours or $42/week are the only paid parking options) all 4 vehicles had to pay this. There is an “overflow “ lot with approximately 15-20 spots. One night when the condo lot was closed for construction the paid lot was full and paid Parker’s had no where to park. Would it stop me from staying again, no. I just wished I knew going in. This is the only negative really. Overall it was one of the best vacations and by far the most beautiful condo and balcony. Pictures don’t do it justice. Great location

Beautiful "Home Away From Home"

The Browns have truly outdone themselves with such a comfortable, beautiful condo to call home for your time in PCB. We loved the layout of the condo that included 4 bedrooms--perfect for our family of three brothers and their wives and children. The kids loved sharing the bunkroom, and the adults loved their own bedrooms that each included king-sized beds and bathrooms. However, when we were in the condo, our time was primarily spent on the fabulous balcony. It was huge and perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We're glad we found this new treasure on the Gulf--we'll be back! Thanks, Ron and Becky!
