The location was perfect. We liked the size and decor of the room. Having a balcony overlooking the beach was awesome.The pool was great. Easy access to the beach. I enjoyed the tiki bar between the pools. It was nice that the room had beach chairs, an umbrella, and other beach items we could use. There were a lot of kids in the building and although you could occasionally hear them in the hallways in evening they weren't too rowdy. We were just two older adults staying without kids. Parking in the garage was good and felt secure. The entire place felt secure. The lobby/information staff were very helpful and just amazing.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here. It is in a great location! The floors were very sandy upon arrival. However, everything else appeared to be very clean. The parking and check-in process was very easy to follow. Thank you for hosting us!

Nice, comfortable condo. Most of the property staff were helpful and friendly. Found the master bathroom shower/tub door to be a little different. Plenty of water made it to the floor. Had to wash towels and washcloths almost every day due to the limited number available. No hand towels. Enjoyed our stay. The gulf water finally opened for us to enjoy on our last two days.

Amazing Stay

The property was exactly what we needed. Clean, well stocked with items for the beach, close to restaurants and shopping. We love Calypso have stayed there for many years but this is the first time we have stayed in this room. Will not be the last.

Concert weekend

Perfect place to stay. We had 4 adults and plenty of room. Great beach front location and easy walk to Pier Park and Frank Brown park. We would return again.

Fall Break

The unit was on the 6th floor...perfect location! The furniture had been updated from the pictures on the listing, so that was great! Within walking distance to Pier Park, so no fighting traffic. Iris was great to work with.

Comfortable and clean

Comfortable and clean. Could have easily accommodated a family with 2 to 4 children. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, arcades, piers, pools and beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our trip!

The Condo was perfect and had everything that we needed-full kitchen, extra beach chairs and more. It was also just across the street from Pier Park so it was easy to walk to even with littles ones (ages 3, 7). It was super easy to reach the owner and she returned messages quickly. 10/10 recommend this condo and adding to my favorites.
