This was a nice ocean front property. Loved having the free beach chairs and umbrella. We had to contact the owner with a minor issue, and he had it resolved within minutes of our call. Overall nice place to stay.

Nice condo. The room was located directly in front of elevator which we loved. Shower door in guest bath is hard to open and close and the pull out couch was broke so one side would fall down. But..other than that we really liked it.

Beautiful and convenient

Balcony view was so beautiful and I love being on the 3rd or 4th floor. Right at the elevator and never had to wait long on the elevator. We had plenty of space and the condo was clean. Definitely 10/10 recommend.

Third year staying here

We have stayed here 3 years and stayed in this condo two years in a row. The owner was great and always quick with any questions I had for him. Great place my great grand son loves this place .

The condo was very nice and clean and comfortable. The elevator was sketchy and it did go out once and we had to walk 4 flights of stairs with all our beach stuff. Had some confusion with the code on the door but once figured out, it worked fine . Overall very nice.

Family Vacation

The front desk lady at check in was a little rude. Condo was good except the sliding glass door off the livingroom was difficult to open and extremely hard to shut if you did open it so everyone had to use the master room sliding glass door. The curtain poles are dusty and the vent in the 2nd bath was dusty as well. The living room is small, but we still managed to have a great time. Communication with owners were great prior to the stay as well. Solash resort was great.

Great condo, VRBO not so great

The location and floorplan is great, and the furnishings are very modern and nice, but the lack of streaming ability due to a missing remote control and no followup by the owner, coupled with VRBO dropping the ball on check in and then not being able to speak to someone who speaks English really started the stay on the wrong foot.

First trip to PCB & we loved it!

The complex was very nice & safe. A lot of amenities for the kids and parents too! The oceanfront views were incredible. The resort does set up A LOT of chairs, leaving minimal space to put your own blankets/chairs down. I would have loved the room to have at least two chairs for adults to borrow & take to the beach. There were no “extras” such as cleaning wipes, Lysol, beach chairs, beach towels. The description of the complex is out of date, as there is no bowling alley or arcade anymore. There’s no adult pool or movie area either. The dole whip & drinks were a nice treat after a day at the beach/pool. The covered pool had the kid area & it was nice to let the kids run off energy while staying cool. The appliances & furniture were all very nice (updated since pics) & very comfortable. The layout of the unit was beautiful.

2024 vacation

We really enjoyed our stay as we had perfect weather during our stay. This unit was very conveniently located and steps could be taken easily if you don’t want to wait on elevators. Both beds in the bedrooms are extremely comfortable. We did attempt to use the sofa bed however it was very uncomfortable. The lamp in the living room has a broken knob so you can’t turn it on but this was not an issue for us. The sliding door in the living room takes a lot of strength to open, it will open but was very hard to open so we used the door in the bedroom. This unit has great views and everything you need. The washer works great however the dryer takes several times to dry one load of clothes. Would I book this unit again??? Absolutely. The host was amazing with quick response to any questions we had.. once again we enjoyed this unit and are extremely thankful for this week.

We did have a problem with the sliding door but the owner had it taken care of in a timely manner. House keeping could do a better job of dusting and cleaning the floors. Both beds had great mattresses.

Several issues

Upon arriving the condo seems ok. Checking in during a busy weekend be prepared to hunt a luggage cart down, we waited over an hour for a free one and we didn’t check in until after 5. Taking a closer look at the condo it needs some TLC with a deep clean. The master bedroom door does not lock neither does the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the shower had a great stream of water. The front hallway does not have an outlet cover and there is no latch on the front door. The door deadbolts and has a keypad to entry but I felt very uneasy especially with young kids and being directly across from the elevators. Elevators were slow but thankfully we were on the 3rd floor so stairs were an option. Sunday after arrival the smoke decor started chirping at 5:30am in the master bedroom. We texted the owner and house keeper and only the house keeper responded. Splash maintenance were very friendly and fixed right away. On Tuesday the washing machine was making a loud horrible noise, sounding as if the belt was coming off. Turned off the washing machine and the machine smelt as if it was burning. Again contacted both owner and house keeper. Only house keeper responded stating that maintenance would come over and take a look. Maintenance again was amazing but could not fix leaving us with no washer for the whole stay. I asked about clean towels, in which the housekeeper was supposed to have someone bring some to us and they did not. I found a local laundry mat and had to take ti

Amazing family vacation!!

Splash was a very fun place for my 4 year old grandson, the water park was a blast. The staff was really nice and helpful. Our condo was clean and had everything that we needed to cook with, and all the bed linens and extra pliiows. The only downside of the place itself was when it came to checking in, there was so many checking in at the same time and the long wait at the elevators were terrible,other than that we had an amazing time.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful and the space accommodated us well. We expected the elevators to be extremely slow this time of year and for it to be hard to find carts, so we were glad we opted for a lower floor so we could take the stairs when needed. The free beach chairs were also a plus and the unit had everything you would need in the way of towels and dishes, etc. The negative; Housekeeping needs to do better. Floors left feet/socks black. Crud stuck to the dining table and chairs and sparkles were found all over. Counters and baths had to be wiped down to ensure their cleanliness. Some mold appeared to be in the baths due to age probably and as others noted, you get an unidentifiable smell upon entering the dining/kitchen area. Not horrible, but noticeable. Also, on the day we left, when stripping the sheets, as requested, we found a huge nasty stain on one of the mattress pads that clearly was not changed before our stay. We could have easily reached out to the owner and I am sure they would have sent housekeeping, but we did not want to be bothered with waiting or having someone in the unit when we were not there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would actually stay there again, but will definitely make sure to request a follow-up with what housekeeping does, or doesn’t do.

Fun Place for kids

Our host was great very quick to respond to all our questions Before and during stay everything we needed was there to enjoy the condo and beach chairs to enjoy on beach. Our great grandson loved the place had a blast!! Second year in a row we stayed at Splash.

Great location

We love staying on floors where we can utilize the stairs. During peak times the wait for the elevator can be long. Condo had everything we needed for the stay. The condo is showing some signs of it's age but we just need a place to lay our heads at night.

Aunts & Niece Trip

This place was a great location for our first aunts and niece trip. By being on the 3rd floor, we could easily take the stairs and avoid the line at the elevators. The host was also incredible. We had a small issue the first few days with the AC, but he was very responsive and had people out checking it every day until it was eventually resolved.
