  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The place was perfect and very clean. Lots of stairs but that was fine for us. Beach is directly across the road. Was a perfect spot!

It was a pretty condo. The air wasn’t working well in one bedroom so it was freezing & floors could have been cleaned better but I did not report any of it until after the trip. I’m not a complainer so I just let her know afterwards. Loved the location. Steps was rough but we survived.
