The Space:

Important Property Updates: Please note that the property will be undergoing a balcony restoration project from September 2025 through March 2026. While work is planned during this period, dates may shift due to weather or construction progress. Guests may experience occasional construction noise, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.The balcony for this unit has reopened with a temporary safety railing. It is completely safe to use, though it will be slightly smaller than usual during this time. As this work has already been considered in the pricing, no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

January 2026 Update: The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice (estimated reopening mid Feb 2026). The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

Nice Condo

Has everything you need. There were beach chairs and umbrella.but we brought our own since it wasn't listed. There were a few toys and a boogie board, I think.We never contacted managemnet while there but.for the purpose of making them aware, o e of the toilets is sluggish and runs. And the one of the elevators was out of order. Other than that everything was nicely decorated and comfortable.

Excellent little condo for a beach getaway

This condo was a great place to stay. Clean and as-advertised. Incredibly ocean view, right on the beach with two pools if you’re not feeling saltwater that day. Cute little burger place and a tiki bar on the pool deck. Close to shopping, tons of restaurants, and activities like go-carts, mini golf, and Ripley’s museum. We were concerned about the potential lack of privacy with the pullout couch and bunk beds, but there’s a hallway door that closes between the living room and hall with the bunk beds. It ends up feeling like each sleeping space is separate and fairly private! My biggest complaints were that you can’t buy any additional parking passes for the lot attached to the condo community (but there is cheap public parking nearby) and that the listing didn’t detail all the amenities provided! I packed a lot of things that were provided because I didn’t know they would be provided. It was a pleasant surprise! I would definitely stay here again!
