The Space:

This modern two-bedroom, one-bathroom vacation rental in Panama City Beach offers a luxurious and relaxing stay for up to six people. The open concept living room is complete with a plush sofa sleeper that provides a great place to snuggle up and watch TV. The first bedroom is equipped with a plush queen bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom features twin bunk beds and dresser. The full bathroom is conveniently located off the first bedroom and features a large vanity, a tub/shower, and plenty of storage space.



The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area is just off the kitchen and provides seating for four. The outdoor balcony is complete with comfortable outdoor furniture, perfect for lounging and enjoying the Florida sunshine.



This rental also offers access to three resort pools, an exercise room, tennis/pickleball courts, and direct beach access. Each resort pool offers a unique experience, from the heated pool to the pool with stunning views. The exercise room has a variety of equipment for a complete workout. And of course, the beach is just steps away.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire unit and will receive a entry code to the front door a few days prior to your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Must have one person 25 or older in your group staying at the condo, HOA rules!



Prior to arrival a link will be sent to register for parking and wristbands. Wristbands are $6 per guest over 10 years old. These should be worn at all times while on property. Registration fee is $35 that includes one parking pass.



No smoking in the unit or on the balcony at any time.
