Some of our favorite things to do when we visit the beach, besides playing on the sandy white beach, are to put the kids in the stroller and walk down to the Sugar Shak in Rosemary Beach for a sweet treat, walk across 30-A to view the local artwork or enjoy a nightly band, and stroll down to Alys Beach for dinner at George's. You will be amazed how close you are to everything!

A wonderful place to stay to avoid the weather up north

This is a tastefully decorated three bedroom condo with a great view of the pool and gulf. It contains all the necessities for our extended stay each year. We vacation every winter down in the Rosemary/Seacrest area and have stayed at this location the past two years and are hoping to continue to rent here for the foreseeable future. The owner is very responsive to any questions or concerns we may have and these are typically very minimal. Layout and furniture is very comfortable for days that one decides to stay in. We love staying here and highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent in this area. I think our best review is our continued choice to rent here every year.

Perfect 30A Stay

Every part of our stay exceeded our expectations. Instructions were clear and provided in advance. We had a question about the microwave and received an immediate response. The condo had every possible item we needed during our stay and more. The complex was undergoing some construction and the owner let us know in advance, which we very much appreciated. The resort grounds are great with an impressive pool and easy access to the private beach. Even though we stayed during a busy time (high school spring break) noise was never an issue. Because of the excellent location, our teenagers were able to walk right across and down the street to restaurants, stores and coffee shops without us needing to worry. We will definitely book here anything we visit 30A.

Just perfect for our family!

We enjoyed our time at the beach and the condo was wonderful. The location is great and everything was as advertised. We made so many memories together as a family. The ocean was so calm and the most beautiful turquoise color. We love this spot on 30A and will definitely be back!

Stayed at High Pointe January 2024 for approx. a month. Had several families members visit and we had a great time.

Have stayed there several times and each time it gets better. Since it was January this time we didn't have great weather but we expected that and still had a ball. It is a beautiful place, great view and a short quiet walk the beach. Several eating places near by and other stores. Would highly recommend it as long as you don't come down when I plan to come.

Rosemary Beach Fam vacation!

Talk about a perfect family vacation. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. High Point is the perfect location. We rented bikes and walked the entire week to shops, restaurants and coffee. The condos was super clean, perfect view of the pool and even the water at the beach. We are most definitely coming back! The owners were super accommodating and helpful soon arrival. Can’t wait to come back!!

Great Visit!

First and most important to us, the location was PERFECT. The beach is beautiful and quiet, - we were provided beach chair service and the beach bar was super convenient too. The property was situated in between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach - and across the street from Peddlers Pavilion. We were going to rent bikes - but we didn't even need them - our location was just so close to everything! The home is clean, bright, spacious and well appointed. The property is well cared for lovely. We had a great visit and would book again. Owners/Management was super quick to respond with our pre-travel questions!

February 2024 Getaway

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending the month of February at High Point 225, The Masters Suite. The condo was just as advertised, updated, spacious and comfortable. Our hosts were terrific checking in on how things were going, keeping us updated on events occurring at the condo, etc. when we ran into a very minor problem with a tough to operate shower door they responded immediately and had a handyman there to remedy this later that same day. The living space was very well arranged and extremely comfortable. We look forward to maintaining a long term relationship with our hosts and renting this condo for years to come.

Amazing beach condo

High Pointe condo is a beautiful beach resort. The condo is beautify decorated with everything we need for our family. It is a very short walk to the beach. The pool is clean and big. I would highly recommend staying here. My family would stay here again. The hostess is very efficient at responding on all our needs.

Beautiful condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was well appointed and a great location. Live music every night across the street, great pool and easy access to beach. Crabby Steve’s was super convenient by the beach as well. Would absolutely stay again!
