The 'Oleander Too' ~ PERFECT home for Couples, Families of 8, or any number in between.

We have 7 Properties in this Great Neighborhood.
This cheerful beach house has been designed around our years of experience, owning and renting properties, on 'The Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches'. Located in the quiet Laguna Beach section of Panama City Beach (West End of the Beach), The 'Oleander Too' is on Oleander Dr~ 6th house from BEACH ACCESS #83. That's only a 90 second stroll to the Sugar White Sand! There's a Beautiful View from the Huge Deck. This is one of the quietest, most family oriented neighborhoods you will find. This is the quiet West End of Panama City you have heard so much about.

Worlds away from the hustle and bustle but only a few miles from everything you want to do and see. It's the perfect way to have a getaway and still enjoy all the new activities Panama City Beach now offers.
The Carousel Grocery store and World famous Thomas Doughnuts. Shop and eat where local families and guests have enjoyed for generations. Pier Park is only a 4 miles away and we are only 3 miles from Hwy 79. Far from the crowds, but close enough to everything you and your family want to do and see.

Great Family Vacation!

What a wonderful home and neighborhood! Soooo close to the beach and we loved the covered parking to keep the car cool in the summer sun. Cheerfully decorated and perfectly designed with families in mind. Loved the additional bunks in the master bedroom so our little-one could be in the room at night but not sharing our bed. The owners have thought of everything you could need and the kitchen is very well equipped. The deck had Gulf views and perfect vantage point for watching the sun set while grilling dinner. So many great family memories….. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place!

This was a great place for my family of 5 to stay at. The owners were super helpful and was very responsive to any questions we had. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, kids toys, and floats. This trip was perfect thanks to Lisa and david!!

Fantastic Stay!

Can't wait to come back to Oleander Too! It's our new favorite beach house. Haven Beach Rentals was so great to work with, we really felt like they cared about our trip. They made everything perfect for us. The grandkids loved all the beach toys ,bunk beds, and having their very own TV. Don't hesitate booking this property.

Beautiful place

Owners exceptional

Owners are exceptional and are close by if needed. The property was very nice and perfect for our family vacation. Short walk to the beach and they provide beach accessories. The house was stocked with almost anything you could need.

Great place!

My family had a great time at Oleander Too! The house was the perfect size for our group (four adults + two kids) and the parking was SO convenient. The house is a very short walk to two public access points but there was also parking at the public beach access which is helpful if you’re packing a lot! One complaint we had was that the decorative comforters + shams were to be removed from all the beds and replaced with other provided blankets for actual use. It wasn’t a big deal, we’ve just never experienced that request before. Lisa was absolutely one of the most helpful & responsive hosts we’ve ever had!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our time at PCB and Oleander Too! Lisa and David were attentive hosts and made our time in the area pleasant, even replacing the DVD player when needed. We’d recommend them and their properties to friends, for sure!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay in Panama City Beach! It is very close to the beach - a very quick walk. The house is absolutely adorable and very well laid out. Everything we needed in the kitchen is provided. We were able to spend a lot of time out on the porch which has a picnic table and lots of seating. There are boogie boards, floats, and sand toys to take down to the beach. This was our first time visiting the area and we would definitely stay here again when we return!

Summer Vacation

This property was wonderful. It is a short walk to the beach. We had problems with the cable in one bedroom. The property owner was so nice and worked Very hard until it was fixed. I would highly recommend this property.

Stayed July 11-18 2020

This was our first time staying in Laguna Beach, just west of Panama City Beach. The beach was not crowded at all (not sure if that is the norm or thanks to Covid-19), but it was great to not be sitting right on top of another family. The house was extremely clean and is located just a short walk to the beach (2 minutes). The beach does not have a company that already has chairs set up that you can rent, so you have to arrange your own if you don't want to carry some to the beach daily. There are several companies to chose from, but we went with Emerald Surf Water Sports (Rob) - he has the lounge chairs w/ table & umbrella. Several other groups were using Dillion's Beach Service, but they have the chairs that I think are uncomfortable. FYI, if you want the chairs for the first day at the beach, call ahead and make a reservation. The home owners are great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

Great Stay

The house is exactly as listed, perfect spot in a quiet neighborhood with a two minute walk to the beach. All kinds of beach chairs, beach tent and gear provided and a wagon to cart it all over to the beach. Lisa was great, checked in frequently and responded very quickly the couple of times we had questions. Great stay, highly recommend!

Great spot for family

Excellent use of space, comfortable, well decorated, all details thought of ahead by owners. Our kids loved the bunk room off the kitchen but also loved that if they needed to they could sleep in the bunks built-in the master as well. Loved everything about this place and owners very attentive. Will rent from them again! Also, area is residential and quiet with lots of families and mix of vacationers and locals. Gives it a great vibe!

Beautiful and clean! Owners are awesome!

First, I have to say that the property is well attended and clean. Everything you could ask for. Second, and most importantly, the owners, David and Lisa, are probably the best property managers I have ever rented from. My wife and I regularly rent cabins from different areas and I have to say that these owners have been the most personable I have ever talked to. For that factor alone, this rental would receive a 5 Star rating.

My stay couldn't have been much better--the property was everything I expected and Lisa and Dave were great! Any time i needed anything they responded very quickly-- Dave changed the lock and we had a great chat while doing it--Lisa responded quickly to anything i had questions about or needed--totally enjoyed my stay-- Lisa and Dave were great -- hope you had a great cruise by the way! Perfect for Families

The Oleander Too was even better than described. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to relax, and in the case of our 3 daughters, plenty of room to be separate when they wanted a break. More than enough kitchen utensils and gadgets, along with a charcoal grill, made it easy to eat at home when we didn't want to get out. The owners were very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again as soon as we can get back.
