Nestled in Seacrest bordering Rosemary Beach, this location cannot be beat!
With high-end finishes + decor, this spacious home has 5 bedrooms (2 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 sets of Bunks), gourmet kitchen, 2 balconies, open-concept layout, + more!
LESS than a 1-MIN walk to the Village's community pools, including a ZERO-ENTRY pool that is heated!
Max a 5-min walk to the beach, or take the complimentary tram! Also, you're right by the Seacrest Town Center and their resort-style pool!

The space
Welcome to 'The Lifeguard's Lookout!'
This charming coastal escape is loaded with everything you need for a perfect getaway!
On the first floor, you'll find a comfortable King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, as well as a set of Full-over-Full bunk beds off of the entry space.
Moving up to the second floor is the heart of the home, complete with an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a gas Wolf range, and island seating for four. The adjacent dining room is perfect for enjoying meals together! The living room is complete with a cozy sofa and chairs, bench seating, TV, and access to a large balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Also on the second floor is a bunk room with one set of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.
The third floor features all of the remaining bedrooms, including the master bedroom complete with a King bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The last two bedrooms both have Queen beds, and share the hallway bathroom with dual vanities and a shower/tub combination.
There is parking for up to 2 cars in the garage, as well as another 2 cars in the driveway.
Enjoy access to The Village resort complex, with two community pools (one Zero-Entry!) just steps away! One of the community pools is also heated during the colder months! Guests will also have access to the Seacerst community pool, and a complimentary tram to and from the beach- but it's less than a 5-minute walk!
With this prime location, you're steps to fabulous shopping, dining, and entertainment in both Seacrest and Rosemary Beach!

There is also a pack n' play and air mattress at the home for guests' use!

Guests will have access to The Village's two community pools (one is heated!) and community BBQ grills, as well as a complimentary tram to and from the private deeded beach access (March-October).
Guests will also have complimentary access to the Seacrest community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!
Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
