Regency Towers #1018- Renovated Oceanfront Condo

Come enjoy the peace and serenity of east Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach from this freshly updated 10th floor unit at Regency Towers. The master bedroom of Regency Towers unit 1018 features a king bed with a beautiful private bath, while the second bedroom hosts a king bed and additional twin beds with access to the second bathroom of the unit. The common area also hosts a sleeper sofa. The unit hosts all the comforts of home from the fireplace in the den to the kitchen and throughout the bedrooms. Regency Towers features 2 pools, fitness center, great gathering space, and much more!
Regency Towers is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 8 minutes away and the Marina is 4 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Sweet Home Alabama Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest must be at least 21 years of age to gain access to this resort property and will be denied access upon arrival to the resort by the Security Gate, if under 21 years of age.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

This is definitely a condo we will rent again. It was very clean and updated. The tiki bar food was amazing. Owner communication was very quick when I had questions. We had a great week.

Awesome Property

The stay here was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better view. The condo was huge and my kids loved the couch. My husband and I enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning with drinks at night watching the sunset. If we ever come back to Panama City Beach this would be the first place I would want to stay at.

PC Beach House

Beautiful place, always rent houses, but had to make a last minute trip, so could only find a condo. It was great, only downside was waiting in elevators, and occasional cigarette smoke drifting from neighboring balconies. Views are amazing, place is gorgeous, great rates! Would definitely come back.

2023 Panama City

The accommodations were absolutely great. The only thing was the elevator, it was a wait unless you happen to catch it early in the day. I just took the stairs, sometimes it was quicker then waiting on the elevator.

Regency Towers 1018

The newly redone condo was beautiful. The views are amazing. The only thing was the ice maker wouldn’t work on the new fridge and the beds are pretty firm. The bedroom closest to the door is literally like sleeping on the floor. I would recommend adding a pillow top mattress cover. No keurig so keep that in mind. Having the bar and food at the pool was amazing. Great prices too. Only thing is they ran out of ice really fast. Would recommend staying here.
