Great location, great property, not crowded. I gave it a 4 for a few things that I thought should be addressed. The icemaker doesn't work (we left two ice trays in the freezer). We had to turn the water off in the 2nd upstairs bathroom because it would not stop running. In the master bathroom, one sink would not drain (the stopper wasn't connected) and the other sink had one faucet that worked backwards and wasn't completely connected. We didn't call for maintenance because we were able to work around each. We did call for maintenance due to a love bug infestation when we arrived (it's that time of year), and a maintenance worker (Sharon) came within the hour and did the best she could vacuuming them up both inside and on the porch. She even picked up two citronella candles on her way to try to help. There is only so much that can be done, so I don't hold this against the property, but wanted to highlight the helpfulness of Sharon. Finally, we were excited about two beach chairs and an umbrella being included, which they were. However, they're not the ones closest to the water. They're old wooden ones a little further back. It worked out fine because with the beach was not crowded this time of year, but it would have been disappointing if we were there during a more crowded season.All in all, it's a great property. It just needs to address these minor items to stay that way.
