CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

This place was perfect for six adults! Each couple had their own rooms and bathrooms. It was a perfect set up to the beach and all of the shops to walk to. The unit was a corner unit and was gorgeous with a view of the pool and ocean. I would highly suggest this VRBO and Management.
