    This beach condo is a spacious 3/2 - The deck is east facing with beautiful sunrise views from the 5th floor.
    A Tiki hut with food and beverage services, full gym, jacuzzi, two pools (one heated) & Kiddie Pool :)

    Primary guest must be 23 years or older(please inquire if not).

Ryan was very prompt in responding to my questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and there’s plenty of room for five adults. I love that it’s on the end and right by the elevator. I’m not sure if the floors were swept and mopped as there was some sand on the floor. That wasn’t a big deal for us ladies but it might be for the next renters. We will definitely be back!

The communication with the Host Ryan and Brittany was very good from beginning, during and departure of our trip! The pools were clean and refreshing after the day on the beach. We had nice hot showers in the evenings.We stayed in room 526 ( by the elevators. Which was nice until they were shut down for maintenance repair. My husband and a family friend were stuck between floors. I let my Host know that I was concerned that he had been taken advantage of by the housekeeping for many reason which were :the floors baseboards were filthy with dust and grime (we wore our shoes), ice maker was moldy, air fryer was nasty, blankets on beds needed to be washed(and we did wash them) food stuck on the utensils. The kitchen area was cleaned by us too! The walls near the cabinets had dried food and liquid runs. We cleaned with disinfectant towels. We stayed mostly outside on the beach and pool area to avoid spending much time in the room. As one will say," you get what you pay for". Because of Ryan's kindness if he hosted another condo other than Regency Towers I would follow him. But my guest and I would not book at Regency Towers again.
