My wife and I have stayed at Calypso on several occasions and for several years. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had. We get to the property and the code we were given didn’t work. We reached out to the host several times to no avail. We went to the lobby, front desk, where they tried to reach the host and couldn’t. We then decided to reach out to VRBO directly and they were able to reach the host. That is the only way we were able to get in contact with the host. We had to wait one and half hours. Finally after speaking with the host we were given another door code which worked. I was then told that I needed to pay $25 per day for parking, which I’ve never had to do, the front desk was also dumbfounded about paying for parking. I missed a very important business meeting, due to not being able to get in my condo, which caused me to lose several business contracts. The room was not as described along with several other things. I would not recommend this host to ANYONE. I do recommend staying at the Calypso where they were more than happy to help us get things figured out. They also allowed us to park FREE even though the host would not provided paid parking.
