Welcome to the Conch Shell Condo where beachside bliss meets the comfort of home! Book your stay in the one of Panama City Beach’s most luxurious condo buildings: the Grand Panama Beach Resort. Our unit is located in Tower 2 of the Resort, just across Front Beach Road from Panama City Beach. Beach access is quick and easy: cross using the pedestrian crosswalk or the covered pedestrian bridge.
Whether you are visiting for a picturesque beach vacation with family, taking a tour of our rich military history, or even to enjoy our vibrant nightlife, we think you’ll agree the Conch Shell Condo is the ideal place to come back to after a day of adventure. The Resort is centrally located with easy access to the beach, nearby Shipwreck Island, or our hundreds of local restaurants and shops.

- MASTER BEDROOM: King size bed, night stand, and closet. Upgraded Nectar memory foam mattress.

- BUNK AREA: Single bunk bed with reading lights – 2 beds total.
- SECOND BATHROOM: Clean and modern with a shower and soaking tub.
- KITCHEN: Spacious and fully-equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and essentials.
- LIVING ROOM: Two pull-out sofas and a flat-screen TV.
- BALCONY: Enjoy ocean views from the outdoor table and additional seating.

--GUEST ACCESS--
The entire condo is yours to enjoy during your stay. Access is by digital pin deadbolt - I will provide you with the pin number to unlock/lock the front door. Each code is unique to the guest.

--OTHER THINGS TO NOTE--
BEACH CONDO AMENITIES:
-The beach can be accessed from Tower 1 where you will find a beachside pool and hot tub. You will also find a rentals booth for beach chairs, water activities, etc.
-Enjoy Tower 1’s seasonal tiki bar conveniently located between the pool and beach
-Tower 2 has a terrace pool with a poolside grill area conveniently located on the same floor as our unit.
-The gym is also located in Tower 2.
-Please note the pools and gym close at 10pm.

--GRAND PANAMA BEACH RESORT REQUIREMENTS--
Grand Panama Resort charges a $50 resort fee payable at Tower 2 check-in desk for parking and amenities. This is for your entire stay, not per day. The resort fee includes parking for one vehicle. A second vehicle can be added for $30. Due to parking limitations, no more than two vehicles per unit are allowed onsite. Any vehicles parked in the onsite garage without a parking pass are subject to ticketing and towing.
