  • Welcome to Commodore 809, a Gulf-front retreat on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach. This ideal location is steps from sugar-white sand and walking distance to local dining favorites, with marinas, golf courses, St. Andrews State Park, and Schooners beachfront dining just minutes away.

    The resort sits directly on the Gulf and offers a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, grilling pavilion, picnic area, and a cozy fire pit. With direct beach access, guests can enjoy chair and umbrella rentals, jet ski adventures, volleyball, or simply relaxing by the water.

    This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps up to 4 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, open dining and living area, and a queen sleeper sofa. The bedroom includes a King bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom with a shower. The spacious balcony is furnished with seating—perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset dining overlooking the Gulf.

    High-speed internet, washer and dryer, bed linens, plush bath and kitchen towels, and a starter supply of essentials.

    Parking:
    One on-site parking pass included (maximum allowed). Additional paid parking available off-site.

    Minimum rental age 25. No pets (Service Animals welcome). No smoking or vaping in the unit, on balconies, or on the pool deck.

    Early check-in is subject to availability and offered once the rental is ready. An early check-in fee applies to arrivals before 2:00 p.m.

Great place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Commodore is a great location on the “not so crowded”Thomas Drive end of the beach and close to the state park. We always enjoy it here!The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

We had a great get away! The condo was just as advertised. Very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The weather didn’t cooperate (thank you Bertha) but everything else was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we enjoyed our stay here so much, even if it was a little short. Weather was perfect for just chilling on the balcony all week, so really enjoyed the comfy furniture. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the unit was very clean. A little limited on coffee cups, but otherwise the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely recommend staying here!
