Overall the property was super nice. The only suggestion I have is a new shower curtain in the hall bath. It literally drove us crazy lol. You would close it and within minutes it would be open on one end or the other and sometimes would be open on both sides I think it was just a little small.

It is as good as it seems!

Host was very responsive during the process. Condo as described. The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, everything was clean, and up-to-date. Can’t beat the location able to walk to Pier Park! Would definitely rent this unit again.

First family vacation

Overall an amazing vacation my kids said that the bed were so comfortable and we really enjoyed hanging on the balcony with beautiful views.

Clean and spacious

We're a frequent renter at Calypso. This unit was clean, spacious, decorated nicely (not too much which is good!), and well stocked with appliances. Good location on 16th floor.

Snowbird Getway

This location was great for getting away from the cold weather. Condo was just as described and as shown in pictures. Area is great with endless options for food and entertainment. Host did a great job of communicating every step of the way!

Great vacation!

The property was excellent. All employees that we came in contact were very nice! The only complaint that we had was the floors in our condo needed to be mopped. We had to wash the black off our feet before putting our shoes on. 🙂

Nice getaway

We selected this condo because it would fit our family of 7, though only 6 of us actually came. The condo is spacious with three separate rooms and two bathrooms. We generally showered one right after the other and never had cold showers. The condo has everything you need to dine in (plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, etc. The teens and my husband loved the ninja blender and keurig. Plenty of towels and starter supplies. The balcony views were amazing with excellent views of the sunset over the sparkling ocean. The centralized location made it easy to access Pier Park and we were very close to Walmart and target. Make sure you wear the provided bracelets to access the pool. They will kick you out if you don’t wear it. Also, no drinks in the pool regardless of what it is (even a capped bottle of water). I believe the listing said the room came with beach chairs and umbrella but we didn’t find info on how to access this in the condo, nor did we ask about it. Make sure you ask the owner if you would like to use those amenities. Overall the stay was amazing and we would definitely stay in this condo again. Thank you!

Would love to come back

Came here for a softball tournament. Location was perfect. Parking and check in a breeze. Great pool with Tiki Bars!! (Better than Tower 1&2). Nice little cafe and gift shop. Easy access to beach. Fit six of us perfectly for the week. Could have done 8 but would have required the pull-out couch. Pier Park walking distance to all sorts of restaurants and shopping.

The perfect vacation

From start to finish everything about our trip was absolutely perfect. Our host was very accommodating & the condo was clean & fully equipped. We will never stay anywhere else! 10/10 recommend!

The view from our room 1602 was spectacular. The rooms are really nice and the king size bed was the king size bed was comfortable.

Beach Getaway

This was a great condo and it had everything we needed. The master bed was surprisingly comfortable so we slept well. The pools were well maintained and so large that it never felt crowded. This is close to everything. Great food and shopping within a few minutes walking or even faster driving.

Close to everything!

This condo is in walking distance to the beach, Pier, shopping, restaurants! A view that takes your breath away, too! What a sweet experience!! The ONLY downside was the noise of construction next door. Owner was excellent to deal with!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this unit!

Such a beautiful condo! Great views of the beach and Beach Front Road from the oversized patio! Each walk to the beach and walking distance to Pier Park!! Highly recommend staying here!!
