Nice Condo but don't recommend Resort

The condo itself was nice and clean. But as far as the resort, we will never be back. Elevators were a 15-45min wait every time, no heated pools, glass in pool, which sent us to urgent care, staff was rude and too many beach rules. We couldn't have a extra chair or umbrella for our toddlers.

Property

Elevators were terrible. Everyone that we were around was disgusted. The big talk of the condos The waits were long, if they were all working. When one did arrive there was a chance it was full.

Great location

Convenient to Pier Park. The unit was clean and any minor issues were addressed quickly. Lots of activities for the kids. The biggest issues were with the facility - everything you hear about the slow elevators is true and the check-in process was a nightmare. We would consider staying again but not during Spring Break.

Elevator shortage

Place was very nice, but the wait for the elevators was the absolute worst. There are 30 floors so look for long waits when going up or down the elevator. But the ocean views were great and there was a pool on each side of the building. Very nice overall

Elevator hell

I booked through vrbo then was contacted by a second party fourstar. I filled out my registration online. When i arrived i had to register again and pay a parking fee of over $30. Check in was over off to the 15th floor. The elevators we were sent to too us 40 minutes to get to our room. The view was beautiful. But there is no ill just run back to my room because of the wait for elevators. So dont forget anything. We found out later there are 5 elevators but that didnt make it much faster.

Nice place to stay

Room was very nice, good view from the balcony. The whole facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only negatives were the wait times for the elevator and the confusing parking garage directions. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend

Nice unit, great view.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer are a plus. Thank you for a relaxing vacation!

Nice place right on the beach

Super easy rental! Our room was very nice and clean. There were only a few things that could have made it better. We had 1 large trash bag, there were no extras. The shower heads have very little water pressure but gets the job done. Definitely needs a larger hot water heater. The door to the balcony is HUGE and heavy. That was a pro and con, there is no question that a child could not open this door as I barely could. The property was nice but having only 1 access point to the beach was a little inconvenient BUT having the complimentary beach chair rentals quickly changed my mine. Everyone talked about the elevators being slow but it was only around that checkin time, other than that there was no issue. Beautiful room but just remember the balcony is semi private just in case you like to drink your coffee in your undies!!

Beautiful place. Perfect location.

Great resort. Beautiful view from the balcony. A few minor issues with the condo (kids room tv not hooked up, no batteries in the big clock and some very minor issues). In the master bedroom you can hear noise in the hallway, but the unit is near the corner so it’a not too bad. Would definitely stay again.

Great vacation few downsides

Likes: This condominium is in the perfect area, you could get to food with a walk! Marcos is some quick good pizza! Pretty condo, the company that rents it, communicates wonderfully! There were a few things I had called upon and they replaced and met my need! I had called the condo company that it’s booked through, they never called me back so I had to call again, but then were quick to fix issues. They didn’t return the call, but I called the again during business hours and it was better. Three pools one indoors The bar is nice to get a drink by the pool or hot tub The condo has security that monitors as people come into the property They have a small workout area with pretty much everything (it’s warm in there) Dislikes: The pools are freezing my children wouldn’t even swim. They didn’t card at the bar, so we dealt with young aged drinking which caused us to not be by the pool. Because of a bad bunch (obviously not always going to be there) The security said something to me while walking up with my kids and husband, because I had forgotten my wristband in the bathroom. If I want to bring a friend to the condo for supper (I didn’t but if I did, it should be allowed 🤷🏻‍♀️ There were several chilly days and we couldn’t ask our friends over) The condos elevator took forever and seemed to have people getting stuck on the elevator often, which causes there to be less elevators! The condo has some things, but if you cook and stay in for lunch you can’t cook ahead as there really isn’t any containers to put left overs in. This is the first condo I have ever stayed in that didn’t have that or basic spices or anything in the cabinets like that (salt and pepper etc) There isn’t room if you get groceries, I had to leave our snacks and what not on the counter which to me is very annoying. The top bunk didn’t feel safe. It worries me with my 7 year old on it. But I would stay here again, I would just pack some stuff from home for it. Which again is annoying but it was a nice condo.

Nice Beach Condo

Overall a great stay! Location was great, quiet end of beach and location in building was perfect. We can see the elevators being slower during busy times, but it still wouldn't be the end of the world to us. Condo was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable, the entry bench and hooks were so useful and the bedrooms were nice and dark. A few small things could be fixed, like master bath sink drain didn't lift up or down(we used a fork to prop it open), a kitchen drawer was missing a knob, and there could be a set of mixing bowls that weren't cracked to ease the our cooking process. The balcony was gorgeous and the open side really gave us a spectacular view, the zero gravity chair was broken, useable but wonky, and the chair cushions didn't fit, but it didn't stop us from being out there and enjoying the view and sounds! Overall, the small stuff was outweighed by the comfort, location, and experience. We would 10/10 stay here again!

My room was perfect.

The room was very clean and had most everything I needed. My only issue was the elevators. Being on the 15th floor we normally used the stairs to walk down and then the elevator to get back up but most of the time it was a 5-15 minute wait. Other than that...the pool was clean and the beach right off the hotel. Would definitely do this again.

Property Condition awful

Place want clean and elevators stayed torn up, were on the 15th floor. Constant noise, near the elevators. Room was tidy, not clean very well. No contact after booking from VRBO owner. With multiple attempts.
