Our Hideaway is a very spacious unit on the 16th floor with amazing views of the Gulf. It is beautifully decorated with NEW granite throughout, stainless steel appliances and beautiful luxury vinyl flooring in the living room and master bedroom. Laketown Wharf is in the heart of All of the Fun & Entertainment in Panama City Beach - Just steps away from the World's Most Beautiful White-Sand Beaches, Shopping, Dining & Entertainment. This Beachside Resort offers unparalleled amenities with convenient beach access, 5 unique pools, a kids Funscape Playground, Splash Bar & Grill, Gulf View Fitness Center and covered garage parking. Enjoy the restaurants and shops along the 52,000 square feet of Lakefront Boardwalk...

Please note that Laketown Wharf requires you to register with them for security purposes that include up to two parking passes and up to six wristbands. Approximately $80 will need to be paid to Laketown Wharf separately from this rental agreement.

Location was perfect. Only a walk away from everything ; beach, entertainment, food, shopping, etc. I appreciated the security covering the entrance/exit. The condo was clean and stocked with plenty of day to day essentials.

Was not happy about walking down 16 flights of stairs and being told the fire alarm was a test. Not being allowed to casually drink at the pool or hot tub wasn't good. The number of guards walking around was a bit much.

This property was nothing short of amazing! This was one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was just as described and every room was fully stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

We cant say enough. Was perfect for my wife and I for our 10-year anniversary. Very spacious!Has just about everything you could imagine from spices to everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. Beach gear was also great. A nice wagon, umbrella and 4 chairs that worked out so well at the beach.Wifi speeds were amazing...well over 450mbps for download speeds can stream and do anything for your intetnet needs. Cable service also had tons...although we barely used it. Beach access and location couldnt be better. Right behind Pineapple Willies which is absolutely perfect. Walmart right behind resort is also really nice. Also had really nice pools on site as well. The beach itself was immaculate! Cant believe the cost is so affordable! We had a wonderful 10 year anniversary here and would recommend to everyone!

Very clean, lots of amenities, owner replies to all my questions very promptly. I’ve stayed in lake town wharf multiple times in the last 10 years and this was the cleanest & most beautiful unit I’ve gotten to stay in. My kids enjoyed all the touches as well, games, coloring books. The kitchen was amazing and stocked with good cooking supplies (pans, pots, etc) and plates & cups. Also traveling with kids was nice they had extra cleaning supplies to keep up with any messes my children made. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

We loved this condo! It had everything we needed and more! They had all kinds of small things that made the stay perfect. The only detractor was the elevators, just not enough for the size of the building, but we didn’t have too many issues. Overall, a great value for what we paid! Easy access to the beach and lots to do on the property as well!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The balcony provided a great view, and the unit was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely try to come back again. However, there was a slight issue with the elevator; you might have to wait for it at certain times of the day.

Such a lovely condo with a beautiful view

This trip was to celebrate our youngest grandson's 13th birthday. He had never flown or been to the ocean & has always liked to stay on the highest floors of hotels. He was totally amazed by the condo & the view and all that we did in Panama City Beach. Everything was perfect.

Very impressed with this unit. Extremely clean (I've been going to PCB for over 40 years and this was the cleanest, most well-stocked condo I've ever stayed in!). Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and felt more like a home than a condo rental. Close to restaurants (a number of which are on the property itself), quite a few attractions, and right across the street from Walmart. My granddaughter (age 12) and I had a wonderful time. I give it two thumbs up! Thanks, Kelly.

Great place everything as described property manager responds quickly to questions the only complaint I have is there seem to not have enough elevators for the amount of people at the resort and the beaches are a tad bit crowded other then that great place

Super lovely condo
