This beautiful new construction home is right on the sand, with four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and room for the whole family.

Park and play in the shaded concrete pad underneath the house, perfect for cooking outdoors and lounging in the shade.

Enjoy starlit evenings swapping “fish tales” around the cozy beachfront fire pit.

Upstairs you'll find a covered Gulf side deck leading to an open concept living area that is an entertainer's delight.

Take in the breathtaking views of the sand and surf from nearly every room.
