"A staff member accessed our room in middle of night (after midnight) when we were sleeping. Used key card to open door without knocking, turned the lights on then off, then closed the door and left. I complained to front desk staff as that is unsafe for anyone to barge in like that. There was no extra security lock on their door. "

That certainly made a difference. The hotel has the basic things that you need and is actually cute and cozy. Great AC, hot water, and a restaurant on site.
