"The condo is updates with nice appointments. The view is beautiful out of the doors except for the work area directly in front of the complex. This is not seen in the pictures. Also the work crews start work at 5am when they start the work boat that did wake us up every day, including Sunday. Everything was great except for the work yard below/in front. We understand that it is not the fault of the owner and she cannot do anything about it."

"The property was a very spacious and well laid out & well decorated studio condo unit. The view of the marina out of the sliding doors, was also amazing. The included covered parking w/security was also very nice in the high heat! Karina was super responsive and accommodating. Great location by a park, beach, marina and lots of restaurants in Fajardo, too! It is also close to El Yunque and boat trips to Icacos and the ferry in Cieba to Culebra and Vieques. We would highly recommend her condo!"

"I cannot begin to say the words of how great this place is. It’s an island by itself and you a ferry ride for less than 10 minutes. Parking right across from the dock fo 5.50 a day you cannot go wrong. My boys enjoyed the and basketball court. You would have to bring some groceries, since there no store on the island, but have vending machines and restaurant cafe that is open a little late. Beautiful apartment and the view. You could also go out in kayaks or rent a boat. Big space to barbecue or get-together. They have cement gazebos outside. The ferry runs all day if you have tours or activities. But shuts down around 10:00-10:30 at night and starts again at 6:00 in the morning. Great place for all types of occasions. Would recommend, very peaceful."
