"Beautiful resort!"

"This is my most favorite place on Puerto Rico to stay at!!! Everything about our stay was fabulous.....except I loved the smell of the hotel so much that they need to sell the fragrance for home use (with a diffuser) or they need to sell candles of the scent. Many hotels have their signature scent available The El Conquistador should as well. That is my only complaint. I will be back!!!"

"The condo itself was modern, comfortable and clean. The community itself was a fun area and felt secure. The communication with the host lacked and the staff at the actual community seemed to have different rules for different people."

"We stayed in this unit for two nights. When we checked in, the room smelled very musty, there was one washcloth for two people, one of the lamps was found to be broken, and the pillows smelled bad to the point where we could not use them. I sent a message to the hostess, she said that she would send somebody over with wash cloths and new pillows, but they never came. I texted her again to tell her that we haven’t received them, she said she thought the cleaning crew would leave them, but that she would get them over to us. Nevertheless, they did not arrive. The second morning we woke up and there was condensation on the ceiling, and it was dripping onto the bed. We followed all the instructions about leaving doors and windows closed. And ran the air conditioners for our stay, so I’m not sure what’s wrong with the ventilation in the room, but when the ceiling is dripping on you, and there is other evidence of water damage, that’s a problem that needs to be addressed. The pool was nice and the unit was cute, but in this condition isn’t even habitable."

"The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It’s in a great location, close to food and a park, though you’ll definitely need a car to get around.The balcony and view were absolutely stunning, easily the highlight of the stay.There were a few inconveniences. The key situation was a bit frustrating, as you need separate keys for the door, elevator, and pool, and only one set is provided, which can be tough when staying with a group. The sliding glass doors were also very difficult to open and close, and the TV screen was blurry and not in great condition.Overall, a nice place with a beautiful view, just a few things that could be improved.Host was responsive to messages concerning the check in process. "

"Spacious, very clean, great air conditioning, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and gear for snorkeling. Great location if you have a car. Loved the view views from the rooftop!"
