"Was looking forward to staying here based on reviews and pics of the property. Turned out to be a super disappointing experience. Our kitchenette wasn't cleaned before us. It was gross. The dishes were still wet with food on them from the people before and none of the pots and pans were washed. I washed them all. Its also really insanitary to expect guests to hand wash dishes for the next guests. Most hotels with kitchenettes have a dishwasher. The kitchenette was pretty bare minimum. No knives, no toaster, only 2 glasses...there was also no garbage bags in any of the waste bins. The floors were dirty. After requesting for the room to be cleaned for 2 days someone finally took care of it. The rest of our 7 day stay our room was never cleaned and no one ever even checked to take the garbage out or replace towels. We had to ask for eveything. The pool and hot tub also weren't very clean and was closed for 2 days which just added to the disappointment. The gym is super nice and the price is good but not for the lack of hospitality. We won't be staying here again and I wouldn't recommend it to other travelers."

"Front desk not helpful, discourteous. Possible short staff throughout the hotel. Room wasn’t ready . Housekeeping behind on cleaning rooms. Not enough parking forced to used valet.( although valet attendants very helpful and attentive) resort Accommodations very dated ( I believe they’re planning on renovating) . The pool area and overall grounds were inviting. The shop attendants very pleasant, bartender very good and informative. The coffee shop needs more attendants to be more efficient and timely. Overall , I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Lots of choices for breakfast. The mattress was so comfortable that I had the best nights sleep in a long time! The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"I really like this hotel. They could improve things by adding a microwave to some of the rooms. Some people need microwaves to heat water for medical reasons. It's clean and has comfortable beds with good views. The staff is friendly."

"There were no trash cans in my room. I didn’t request any because I didn’t have much trash but I thought it was odd. The hot breakfast was good. Lots of food choices."

"Check in was quick and efficient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Comfy beds. You can ask for extra towels no problem. Pool was great. Love the art work everywhere. Breakfast oak meal bar different but had plenty of options. Great tea selection since don’t drink coffee, which is rare. But there was coffee Enjoyed my stay"
