「Kumar, the manager allowed me and my family to be on adjacent rooms even though we booked seperately. That made a huge difference with our stay. Plus the hotel is near everything. Thank you! 」
「The breakfast was always on point. My daughter enjoyed the breakfast for the entire stay. Pool was ok. The only issues I had was the hotel key card was always not letting me in my room at times and their excuse was to never hold it next to other cards or next to your wallet. That was annoying and extremely inconveniencing. Ive never experienced that in other hotels. So they just need to update the key carding system to the hotel room doors.」
「This property was close to everything regarding Ripken baseball, Walgreens, places to eat etc. It was clean and staff was polite. Everything was convenient and we would stay here again for future baseball tournaments. A plus was the pool where the boys got to cool off and relax after games. 」
「We needed a hotel for clean, easy lodging and this was perfect. The lobby and room was very clean with the exception of the vent in our bathroom.
Everything functioned great and there was lots of storage space in the room. We were pleasantly surprised it had a very adequately sized refrigerator.
The only recommendation I would like to mention is to have a bell at the front desk. We checked in late and at first could not find staff. But evening and morning staff were excellent. 」
