Excellent hotel, spacious room, wonderful breakfast, very convenient to most attractions. Will definitely stay here again. Only issue is parking for pickup trucks. A little tight but easily manageable.

I asked for clean towels and was told the hotel ran out. Some of the food at the breakfast table was off. Check-in took almost 45 minutes.

O hotel é bem localizado, com instalações boas, contudo, as utilidades do hotel não estavam funcionando de forma adequado. A área de piscina não podia ser acessada. Contudo, isso não foi informado previamente e acabou prejudicando a nossa experiência no hotel. Além disso, o café da manhã é muito fraco, poucas variedades.

Ótimo hotel

Hotel com boa infraestrutura, conta com academia e piscina no 16º andar com linda vista. Quartos espaçosos. No café da manhã, poderia só ter opções para quem tem restrição ao glúten e à lactose (havia pão de queijo sem glúten, mas poderia, por exemplo, ter batata-doce ou tapioca).

Bom custo-benefício e ótima localização

Nos hospedamos lá para ir e voltar do Jalapão! O quarto e banheiro são limpos e confortáveis. A cama é grande, o ar condicionado funciona bem. A piscina é geladinha mas o espaço é bem gostoso principalmente pela vista. A academia é completa e também tem uma sauna. A localização é o ponto alto, pois tem um Mc Donalds bem na esquina, um hospital na mesma rua (não houve barulho), e na rua de trás tem um shopping com restaurantes e bares interessantes. Dá pra ir a pé por dentro do hospital mesmo (dica pra ir mais rápido). Único ponto ruim foi a internet que não funcionou muito bem e tivemos que usar nosso próprio 5g.
