We loved it! The area was great for kids. They loved the pool and the beach was close to the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. Cant want to go back.

Great place for families we have young children and they were totally in love with the pools as 2 are around 25cm deep so even our 16 month old Al could stand up herself. The staff were also very friendly towards the kids not worried by food on floor etc which is inevitable.

All staff were lovely helpful and friendly. Hotel looks but older than pictures especially the spa area. The adult only area is good to get away from it all and chill. Food average drinks all ok plentiful.

Great for the kids they were entertained throughout the holiday. Food and drink wasn’t great but managed to find something each day even if it was just chips. Staff were friendly. Would return if needed a kid friendly holiday

Food poor, very limited choices and often not properly cooked. Pool area nice but limited sun beds and large pool felt very unsafe as so deep and lifeguards not able to visualise entire pool due to their position. Communal toilets not clean. Staff very pleasant and always helpful.

Old room, odd door locking system, dark at night to get to room when checking in late. Paper thin walls makes rooms very noisy. Seems like there were too many guest at the hotel and the staff were unable to keep the pools, bar and restaurant clean and tidy. 3 nice pools ideal for children and a great beach 5 minutes away. Food was basic and probably more 2 star.

The hotel needs a renovation. It’s very dated. Cracked tiles, stinky sinks, horrible bathrooms and stained floors. Staff is very friendly. Pool area ok but dirty around the sunbeds. No shallow end in the pool. Food is good overall but missed Spanish food. Liver was served several times and it wasn’t popular at all. Good selection of fruits.

Booked very last minute and was not expecting to love this place as much as we did , lots of food options weather was great lots for kids to do and they loved the pools we all had a great time only gripe was around pool areas were dirty could of done with a good clean but overall a great holiday for a great price and in a fab location

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel considering it was 3star Food was excellent & plentiful no complaints at all Pool area good (apart from temperature but it is april) Staff excellent Good location My 1 issue - I do realise there is a chill out zone for adults (but it’s difficult to leave children as we have 3 ) but I missed a separate bar area. To sit in the evening while kids were at club ,just somewhere to & relax I do know there are 2 & there may be differences depending on the season This sounds like a negative but it’s not We would definitely go back , we used our Tesco.com vouchers which made it even more affordable

The Hotel was all in all very nice and recommendable. The offers for kids are good, big pool area, playground, mini club and a small store with lots of toys and swimming gear. The food was lovely, we felt like they had theme days, for example Asian cusine in one day and mediterranean on the other. The drinks are okay, but the juices are too sweet and there was no non-sparkling water without a clorine taste. We always had to buy bottled water. But the sparkling water was delicious. We liked also the huge offers of salads and fruits. The bedrooms look more modern and stylish on the photos than in real life, however everything was clean and cozy. The doors look a little old and were hard to open. The service of the reception was delightful, they managed to organize last minute a cake and flowers for a birthday. Also they are very friendly! By the way, the tap water is slightly salty. For cups and towels you have to pay Euros as a deposit. In another all-inclusive Hotel this was not necessary, so this is a little minus. The hotel itself is only 5 minutes away from a public beach, which fortunately wasn’t overcramped in end of May. There is another beach by walk 15 minutes away, but smaller and not as pretty, since it’s surrounded by hotels. There is a big shopping area around, also just 5 minutes walk, with restaurants, bars, pharmacy, ATMs, etc. So it is very nice for families with kids, but don’t expect a fancy standard. Enjoy!

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza al Club Es Talaial è stata al di sotto delle aspettative. Il problema principale è stato il cibo: buffet poco vario e qualità che non è piaciuta né a me né alla mia famiglia. Ci aspettavamo anche qualche proposta tipica spagnola o maiorchina, come una paella, ma abbiamo trovato davvero poco. Per un All Inclusive è stato l’aspetto più deludente. Altro punto negativo è stata la pulizia. Passando un fazzoletto bianco su un tavolo della sala ristorante è diventato praticamente nero. Anche la camera non era sempre pulita con attenzione e abbiamo avuto molte formiche. Biancheria da bagno piuttosto scadente e anche gli spazi comuni meriterebbero maggiore cura. Il personale è stato generalmente gentile e disponibile, soprattutto alla reception. Non mangiando carne, però, più volte ho chiesto cosa contenessero alcuni piatti e non sempre il personale sapeva rispondere. A volte mancavano anche piatti e posate ed era necessario aspettare. Le piscine sono molto affollate e confusionarie: se cercate tranquillità e relax, non è il posto che consiglierei. La vera nota positiva è l’animazione: team bravo e ottimi spettacoli serali. In particolare, l’animatrice italiana è stata bravissima e nostra figlia si è divertita tantissimo con lei. Nel complesso, cibo, pulizia e sovraffollamento hanno inciso troppo negativamente sulla nostra esperienza.

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind nicht schön. Muffig und nicht gemütlich. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Buffet ist langweilig und immer das selbe. Sehr schade der online Auftritt war viel versprechend. Wir werden nicht mehr in dieses Hotel gehen

Chambre propre mais aucune aeration pour faire evacuer l'humidité. Le sol de toutes les pieces etait humide apres une simple douche et le chauffage de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Je suppose que l'été cela ne doit pas poser un enorme pb mais a mi saison c'est un peu juste... apres avoir signaler le pb a la reception, un technicien est passé sans apporter de solution, la reception nous a quand meme pris en compte et nous a proposé une autre chambre. Le buffet quand a lui est simple mais il fait le boulot, on ne s'attendait a du 3*. Il y avait du choix et c'etait asez varié. La salle de sport et la partie spa ajoute un vrai plus. Le terrain de padel est impraticable quant à lui. Nous avons malgré ces remarques passé un bon sejour dans cet hotel idealement situé proche de belles plages. Nous nous attendions a ce genre de sejour et ne sommes globalement pas déçu

L’hôtel est situé près d’une rue commerçante donc bien pratique pour les souvenirs. Il suffit de traverser une route pour être sur la plage. On peut facilement se garer. Le personnel est top. Si je devais dire un point négatif c’est que les repas sont semblables pour la semaine.
