気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Staff was fantastic even though I had to check in across the street at their sister property which is beautiful. However, the room itself had an awful musty odor, curtains that did not provide full seclusion and were literally stapled together at one end as a clear quick fix, blinds that were dirty and broken, dingy bedding that smelled and felt unwashed. The walls are in dire need of a paint job due to scuff marks and chips everywhere, not to mention the current paint job looks like they paid $1 a can for. Tiles in the bathroom were grimy and cracked. A note on the back of the door advises not to set the AC below 70 degrees or it will freeze. In Palm Springs where 80 degrees to triple digit temps are the norm, 70 degree AC is not going to cut it. Overall, very poor experience for the rate I paid. I understand it is peak season on a Saturday but for $347/night, this was a joke. Will not return.
